NT_STATUS_NOT_SUPPORTED
Hi
My Windows folks made security changes in AD that caused my Samba server to not work with AD anymore. Clients could not authenticate to their shares using their AD credentials anymore. Looking at the Samba log I could see error so I decided to reset the Computer account and to rejoin Samba to AD again.
When I tried to join Samba to AD, "net ads join -U username", I got the following

Joining Domain
I have successfully compiled and installed Samba 4.1.11 from source on OpenIndiana 151a8.
I tested the server by creating a folder and adding a local samba user (smbpasswd -a) and mapping a drive from my Windows machine which successded. I was able to access the test file in the folder as well as edit and save it.

adddriver rpc command generates segmentation fault
Hi,
I'm trying to add a printer driver to samba 2.2.7, part of the RedHat 9
distro. I have all the associated files under print$/W32X86 (I verified
that they were where I thought they were from samba's POV by looking via
smbclient). Below is the output from a getdriver command issued to a W2K
PDC to get the names of all the required files for the particular printer:

Vis5D interface package
Greetings,
Summary: Has anyone else started a package (or have code) with the
capability to write Vis5D-readable netCDF files containing
irregularly-spaced data?
I've recently put together what might be the beginnings of a (GPL'ed) R
interface package to the Vis5D volumetric visualization program
(http://vis5d.sourceforge.net). Vis5D is commonly used in the
atmospheric science and

domain level authentication?
I'm trying to set up a samba server, such that 60 or so win 98 users can log
into the linux box and be plopped into their respective home directories on it.
I don't want them to be promted for passwords, I want the PDC, an NT box, to
take care that in such a wy that I do not need a smbpasswd file. I know almost
nothing about NT, but the server running works just fine, and will let people

sysvolreset failing on glusterfs
Hi,
I'm trying to setup a domain with two DCs based on 4.0.3. Following some
hint, I wanna use glusterfs for the sysvol. Glusterfs it runs nicely. I
can set acls on both machines using setfacl and the other one lists them
almost immediately with getfacl.
But running "samba-tool ntacl sysvolreset is failing badly giving the
following error.

[OT] correspondence analysis w/ non-mutually-exclusive ca tegories
Andy,
Take a look at Greenacre, Theory and Applications of Correspondence
Analysis. He has many example of dealing with all sorts of data.
Basically, the technique is relevant for 2-way tables -- MCA is an
extenstion. It is not clear in your example whether CA is really
appropriate -- you want to make an observation (if at all possible) fall in
one cell, treating the others layers as

GUI bug (PR#1711)
Full_Name: Socrates Alikhanidi
Version: 1.5.1
OS: Windows 2000
Submission from: (NULL) (133.15.3.28)
During resizing of 'R Console' windows the fatal error of forbidden memory
access appears.
To reproduce that with a guaranty, resize windows by mouse with small steps.
Probably the faster computer is, the earlier that event appears. I have PIV 1.8
GHz.
Waiting time was near 1 second.

Does it have any ways to use smbcacls in NFS ?
Hi all,
I have an issue for setting windows acl using smbcacls command under NFS
mount folder, but smbcacls seems to not work. And the error was showed by
ERROR: security descriptor set failed: NT_STATUS_NOT_SUPPORTED. I wonder to
know if other ways to set security.NTACL attribute in NFS.
Thank you,

TLS/SRTP calls go to circuit busy.
I'm in the process of testing a TLS/SRTP install. My experience is
improving with each new challenge, but this one is a great test of my 2
month experience with Asterisk.
When I dial 6003 from 6001, it takes 35 seconds until I get the error
message that 6003 is circuit-busy.
Any help would greatly be appreciated. Below is the error message and the
extensions and sip.conf files.

About PLS analysis
Dear colleagues,
May you point me out to the PLS module in R system?
I could not find it at all using "PLS" or "partial" as the search keywords.
Thank you.
