ADS Domain Member Workgroup vs Realm
I'm working to setup Samba as a domain member to a Windows Server active
directory, and I keep hitting road blocks. There's some real terminology
hurdles in the wiki.
In a nutshell, my problem is this: I setup a Windows 2012 Essentials ADS
domain and I ended up with zartman.local for my "domain" in Windows. So,
I've got a dns zone in windows server that is domain.local

smbclient question regarding anonymous logins
Hi all.
As relates to my previous email today (Samba 3.0.1 windows browsing), I
broke out the troubleshooting document called Samba_troubleshooting. I
followed through alot of the same steps I had previously though this
time I use the following command:
smbclient -L pgbc -N
I received this message:
Anonymous login successful
tree connect failed: NT_STATUS_LOGON_FAILURE

Discovering patterns in textual strings
"Does that help?"
No. I am not your private consultant. You need to reply to the list, which
I have cc'ed here, not just me.
I am still somewhat confused by your specifications, but others may not be.
Part of my confusion stems from your failure to provide a reproducible
example (see e.g. the posting guide linked below). For example, I cannot
tell from your text whether the Abc

Dave,
The way I see it there should be just one pass that implements
deleting UB (maybe it would come to be called UBCE), and that one pass
should have a command line option simply for the reason than all passes
should have one.

Mehdi,
Hal’s transformation only kicks in in the *presence* of UB, and
it does not matter how that UB got there, whether by function inlining
or without function inlining.
The problem with Hal’s argument is that the compiler does not have
a built in ouija board with which it can conjure up the spirit of the
author of the source code and find out if the UB was intentional

Dave,
Dead code elimination is generally done in a pass called dead code elimination,
Can you give concrete examples why the same would not be true for UB code elimination ?
Yes, speculatively hoisting code requires it to be UB-free, but that has nothing to do with
UBCE deleting entire blocks of code because of the existence of UB. The former requires
an analysis proving UB-absense, the

David,
-fsanitize=undefined sounds great, but is not quite what I want.
I recently ran into a problem with "CodeGen/MachineSink.cpp” [*], for a target
that has to expand Select into control flow.
The original IR had two select in a row that were based on the same condition,
so the CMP that sets the FLAGS reg in the second select was MCSE’ed to the
earlier CMP in the first

Chandler,
others have decided to let the compiler continue mis-compiling the
function-inlining example, others have decided to not fix the inability to hoist
a loop invariant divide out of a loop. It sounds like you haven’t even thought
about these things let alone

summarize_all Function
r-help Forum
I'm using the dplyr:: summarize_all(funs(sum)) function and am receiving a
warning message that the `funs()` is deprecated as of dplyr 0.8.0. Ok what
should I be using to summarize all columns by sum?

LDAP & PDC: Can join domain, but cannot login afterwards.
Hi,
I am setting up a PDC with LDAP, but having no luck with it. Basically, the
Win XP computer successfully joins the domain, but after restarting when I
try to login it says "The system cannot log you on now because the domain
THEBITGURU.LAN is not available." I am running a Ubuntu 10.10 server with
Samba 3.5.4 and OpenLDAP 2.4.3 (slapd).
I have compressed all of the samba logs

Any Documentation Work Needed?
Hello,
I don't have much experience but I'm looking for a way to contribute to
Nouveau. I'd be glad to work on documentation, edit IRC logs, make
cosmetic changes to code, etc. Just let me know if you have any work of
this sort and I'll give it a shot.
Thanks,

SAMBA and Microsoft Access
I'm trying to use Access 2002 on a Samba server.....question, are there
special Samba parameters that need to be set so that 3-5 users can enter
data? All users have proper access (no pun intended) to the SAMBA
server.....
thanks

Returned mail: see transcript for details (fwd)
Every post I do to this mailinglist is followed by a bounce message from
"centos.5.warren at recursor.net".
I have no clue why this is being send to me, afaics some IP address is
being blacklisted but I am not related to it.
Am I the only one who gets this and can we remove this person from the
mailinglist ?
Kind regards,

summarize_all Function
The warning gives some suggestions. E.g., replace funs(sum, prod) with
list(sum=sum,prod=prod).

data.frame(X=1:3,Y=c(11,13,17)) %>% summarize_all(funs(sum,prod))'
