appendChild crashes ie6 onload (urget)
Has anyone encountered this problem before? A function which is attached to the window''s onLoad with Event.observe crashes ie6 ONLY when appendChild is called. I have confirmed it across multiple computers. Even weirder, the function in question is a well tested script commonly used. http://www.particletree.com/examples/lightbox I have eliminated all js on the page except

Hi, I''m having some troubles related with reports. Catalogs are updated between server and clients but I cannot submit reports because of the 401 error. All is caused by the security that I had to put and I don''t know how to solve it. Anybody knows how to fix it? winbind name service required for active directory (ADS) authentication and group-based authorization?
Hello Samba Gurus, Is using the winbind name service required in order to get authentication AND authorization via ADS? I'll explain further. Goal: create samba share for which clients are authenticated via native ADS and access is based on ADS group membership. I've actually done this in the old Windows NT world. Worked okay. It's wasn't too hard, except for the winbind

The net configuration is: Clients Win95 using Novell 4.2 and Microsoft in same time; Servers UNIX using Solaris 2.5.1 Server. The SMB.CONF is: ##START-OF-SMB.CONF # [global] workgroup = Samba-TEST local master = yes domain logons = yes

3.5.9: logon scripts are not working under non root user
I have issues running logon script on samba 3.5.9 (freebsd 8.2p1) under non root user. When i login to the XP box under root all is OK. logon script is working, but it's totally not working under all other users. turning on debugging reveals that under non root it's incorrectly parsing the logon script name from config (adding full network path to filename) unix_convert called on file

Samba "%G" replacement not working in "Logon script" ?
Dear all, I experience now a strange bug with Samba 4.1.11 : When I define a fixed-name as logon script in smb.conf, it works : logon script = employee.bat But if I try either %g.bat or %G.bat, or even "%G.bat", it doesn't work : * logon script = %g.bat * logon script = %G.bat * logon script = "%G.bat" In the logs, there was a message showing that Samba was

Hi folks. First time posting. I've managed to puzzle the following out. I found a few other articles on the web that asked the same question, but my search terms didn't throw up an article with an answer, so I thought I'd write the following: Where s: is a samba share that otherwise works for read/write: ---------------------------------------------- S:\misc\logs>foo.bat
