snapshotting disk images with exchange db / volumes
I have been asking at technet about if I could snapshot an exchange db volume[1]. But it looks like that windows server backup is sort of doing the same. Creating vs image, and backup that one. However they truncated the exchange db log files after a succesful procedure. I was wondering if someone is doing this already. How does the guest freeze work exactly in windows (In linux it is quite

Bug in Sweave? -- scoping problem? (PR#8615)
I have found a strange scoping problem in Sweave. The following Rnw file doesn't produce the same output in Sweave as it does if I produce an R file using Stangle and execute that: \documentclass[12pt]{article} \begin{document} <<R>>= election <- data.frame(A=1:3, B=9:7, C=rep(0,3)) partytotal <- rep(0, ncol(election)) for (i in 1:ncol(election)) { partytotal[i] <-

Call notification on IP Telephone
Hi everybody, I'm seeking information on how to report an IP phone on a call that is occurring on another IP phone. Example: While the A phone is ringing, Asterisk sends a notification to a phone B on the call that is going to A, but this notification is displayed on the B phone display and the user does not need to hit anything to view the information. I'm

HP OfficeJet Printing
There has been a bit of grumbling recently about HP printer capability in one of our smallest prototyping Labs.? We have a single GigE switch connecting a Windows 7 machine and a Dell/CentOS-6 machine.? The CentOS machine also has connectivity via another network.? Currently, only the Windows 7 machine has been setup for printing on our HP OfficeJet 8615. Our Samba effort on the CentOS system has

[LLVMdev] Problem to run SPEC2006
Actually I am trying to run SPEC2006 through the Makefiles provided with LLVM Test Suite, so I think it should work properly... [LLVMdev] Problem to run SPEC2006
Dear LLVMers, I am having trouble to run SPEC2006. I have checked in my log file that the spec root has been correctly found with ./configure, but when I try: make TEST=simple in the External folder I get the following error: make -C /home/izabela/svn_llvm/llvm/projects/test-suite/tools all \ ORIGINAL_CC="clang" \ ORIGINAL_CXX="clang" make[1]: Entering directory

[LLVMdev] Can a Function Pass require a Module Pass?
Dear LLVMers, I am implementing a Function Pass and I would like to use analysis obtained from a Module Pass. Some extracts of my code look like that: struct MyPass : public FunctionPass { static char ID; MyPass() : FunctionPass(ID) { PADriver &PD = getAnalysis<AModulePass>(); ... virtual void getAnalysisUsage(AnalysisUsage &AU) const{

[LLVMdev] Problem to run SPEC2006
I can't really tell what is happening based on this output, but 'make' is not the right way to build SPECcpu2006 components. You need to do either by using the supplied 'runspec' command with '-build' action directive or to issue the 'specmake' (which is a make adjusted by spec.org) on the build component folder. I can build 433.milc on PPC64 with clang without

Disa not fully bridging outbound call
Hello, I have a situation where a remote worker dials in to the asterisk server, enters the "secret code", then dials out via Disa on a PRI. This was all working great until this morning. Now the calls is placed out, connected but there is no voice from/to either phone. This is what shows on the CLI when the calls is bridged at a verbose of 4 and a debug of 1: [Jan 25 17:51:40] --

Dovecot can't connect to openldap over starttls
I've replicate the settings from ldapsearch to dovecot but no success. To the certificate: Yes it's a *.crt file but I have linked the *.pem file to it and dovecot has read access to that file. I have enabled the debugging in dovecot and have uploaded the output: https://gwarband.de/openldap/dovecot-connect.log And the other site with ldapsearch:

The serverlog of openldap with loglevel "any": https://gwarband.de/openldap/openldap-connect.log Note: openldap waits 1 Minute before he says "TLS negotiation failure" after the connect. and dovecot says direct "Connect error" I've also delete the TLSCipherSuite from openldap. Dovecot can't connect to openldap over starttls
I've tested your soulution, but it also says the same error. I've tested all combinations of: - tls_ca_cert_file = <cert> - tls = yes - tls_require_cert = demand Every time it says "Connection error". Only when tls is uncommented it says "TLS required". dfs problems addressed in 3.0.25b?
Is the issue below addressed in 3.0.25b? (no freebsd port available yet so I'm still at 3.0.25a) I can't see anything specifically about this in the release notes. I just want to add that I've also seen this behaviour on a windows xp x64 client. It's a pretty serious problem.. so I'm also thinking I may have to revert to an earlier version if it doesn't look like a
