I've been playing around with the "--skip-compress" option in rsync 3.1.2 and it appears to not selectively skip the compression of files with suffixes in the list. As a basic example, if I transfer two files, a ".log" file and a ".grb2" file, I get the following results: no compression sent 156,412,712 bytes received 110 bytes 62,565,128.80 bytes/sec total

Hi, Checking a bit more today, as the two changes on DC4 have *still* not propagated to DC2/DC3, I discovered the samba-tool drs uptodateness command. Occasionally this test will choose a random seed which results in an all-zeroes disk. The test tries to convert this to a compressed qcow2 file, and fails because no compressed clusters are detected in the resulting file. Hi all I've enabled ntlm authentication in dovecot, and use dovecot sasl in postfix as well. Authentication with ntlm works well from Mac OS X Mail.app, as well as from Outlook Express, but fails with Outlook. Strangely enough, ntml authentication works in Outlook when using smtp (via postfix), but neither from imap or pop3 (both dovecot). As dovecot sasl handles all authentication
