--skip-compress option not selectively skipping files
I've been playing around with the "--skip-compress" option in rsync 3.1.2 and it appears to not selectively skip the compression of files with suffixes in the list. As a basic example, if I transfer two files, a ".log" file and a ".grb2" file, I get the following results: no compression sent 156,412,712 bytes received 110 bytes 62,565,128.80 bytes/sec total

changes on DC not replicated, while showrepl reports no issues
Hi, Checking a bit more today, as the two changes on DC4 have *still* not propagated to DC2/DC3, I discovered the samba-tool drs uptodateness command. I gives the following output, not sure what "unknown invocation ID" means. I hope someone here is able to explain..? It's output: > root at dc2:~# samba-tool drs uptodateness > Unknown invocation ID

[PATCH libnbd] copy/copy-file-to-qcow2-compressed.sh: Skip test for all zeroes disk
Occasionally this test will choose a random seed which results in an all-zeroes disk. The test tries to convert this to a compressed qcow2 file, and fails because no compressed clusters are detected in the resulting file. This happens because qcow2 stores zero clusters with a special sparse representation, they are never stored compressed, so a disk with only zeroes in it will never contain

NTLM authentication from Outlook
Hi all I've enabled ntlm authentication in dovecot, and use dovecot sasl in postfix as well. Authentication with ntlm works well from Mac OS X Mail.app, as well as from Outlook Express, but fails with Outlook. Strangely enough, ntml authentication works in Outlook when using smtp (via postfix), but neither from imap or pop3 (both dovecot). As dovecot sasl handles all authentication

[PATCH] btrfs: use kmalloc for lzo de/compress buffer
The size of de/compress buffer and LZO1X_MEM_COMPRESS is small enough. Allocating it with kmalloc rather than vmalloc is preferred. This patch depends on my previous patch, “btrfs: fix decompress buffer size”.
