I am getting 'bad suffix on number' for lib\target\x86\X86GenInstrInfo.inc:304, 305, ... Tablegen is generating 0x0LLU instead of 0x0ULL and VS2008 does not like it. I was going to use llc to generate COFF object files as opposed to clang. Seems to me llc would give better control over what was generated and would also not require clang to be in the tree.
