Anyone using trac on centos?
(Besides Paul, who's busy?)
I just need one question answered: I keep reading the docs, and given the
old traditional
/var/www
I get that part of trac should be installed in /var/www/trac/<myproj> (I
think); what I can't figure out is whether there is *anything* under the
document root, that is, /var/www/html/trac/<myproject>.
Anyone have a clue? Do I even need it as a

Problem compiling Rnw file
Dear R list,
I'm using R 2.15.2 with TeX Live 2009 and ESS 12.09 . I have a R
project in the '/home/r/Documents/myproj/', which is my working
directory (where I have the .Rnw file). Inside the document I have
several "setwd()" to collect the datasets I use.
After I compile from the terminal using "R CMD Sweave myproj.Rnw", I
receive the error:

Rsync fails to rename on Windoze2003
Hi All,
I've seen several variations on this topic, but nothing exactly the same:
I have two Windows 2003 servers that I want to use rsync (2.6.8) to mirror. These machines are separated by a WAN.
Initial attempts to get rsync working between them have not been successful. The first rsync went fine, which seeded the files, but the second sync always fails (at a ramdom time) with a

Using SVN + SSH on windows
Hi the list,
I try to use R-Forge for developping a projet. I am using tortoise SVN
(last version) but I do not manage to Commit. I read the R-Forge user
Manual and some post on but I do not manage to find the solution. Here
is what I did:
1/ I download 'puttygen.exe'. I generate a key (256 bits).
2/ I save the private key in a file 'private.ppk' on my computer.

Can''t delete app/helpers
I would like to remove some unused helpers from the app/helpers dir, but
when I do so my specs fail.
Why is this? I don''t see where those helpers are referenced within the
tests. Is there a way to delete these unused files?
Thanks

RadRails and path issues
I have been using RadRails as my editor for Ruby development. Overall
I''m pretty happy with it. I''m experiencing a couple of path problems
though when using it.
Inside of my project within RadRails I will have a directory structure
that looks similar to this.
+MyProject
++src
+++src_sub_directories
++props
++output
..misc files
RadRails then treats all files within the src

How to create something between a script and a package
(Before starting: I'm a total R noob so please bear with me in case of
any error or faux pas).
Hi,
For a small project, I'm writing a few simple R functions and calling
them from python (using RPy). I'm sharing the code with a couple of
friends, using a subversion server.
Now, I want something like a package, to be able to share functions
between ourselves. Having read a few package

lldb -c corefile get segmentation fault on centos7
Hi,
I build llvm+clang+lldb 3.7 successfully on centos7, and lldb -p PID works
pretty well. However when I tried lldb -c corefile executable_bin, lldb
itself core dumpped. Attached the following core info which is debugged by
gdb:
[root at dn-cn-controller-4fbd4 data1]# lldb -c a.corefile
/usr/local/myproject/bin/cnode

Please explain your workflow from R code -> package -> R code -> package
Hi,
I'm asking another one of those questions that would be obvious if I
could watch your work while you do it.
I'm having trouble understanding the workflow of code and package maintenance.
Stage 1. Make some R functions in a folder. This is in a Subversion repo
R/trunk/myproject
Stage 2. Make a package:
After the package.skeleton, and R check, I have a new folder with the
project

Please help with subclipse in radrails
I''ve been wrestling with this all night, I''m hoping someone can help. I
followed the exact steps in:
http://wiki.rubyonrails.org/rails/pages/HowtoUseRailsWithSubversion
..but when I open a new ''Checkout project from SVN'' in RadRails, it opens up
the second level dirs as the project dirs (ie. app, log, script, etc),
leaving me with a mess of projects.

[LLVMdev] AddReadAttrs vs. TargetMachine?
Hi,
I want to invoke the AddReadAttrs pass with my software backend
(derived from TargetMachine like CBackend).
CBackend uses addPassesToEmitWholeFile-method for invoking several
passes. I tried to use the same method, but it failed on runtime.
Running llc with my backend produces (mac os x 10.5 and llvm 2.4):
dyld: lazy symbol binding failed: Symbol not found:

Hi,
I'm running SuSE 9.3 fully updated using YOU and I *have* re-booted the
box (in a hope to sort out the uname -r issue mentioned below).
I'm using the Asterisk Doc Proj vol 1 to guide me through the initial
setup. I have no special HW and intend to use asterisk on an internal
network just to get some experience.
I have downloaded what I think I need and placed it in /usr/src (see

autotest and rspec_on_rails not happy
Hi,
I''ve been using the rspec and rspec_on_rails plugins quite happily on
my Rails project for a while now. Today I noticed the autotest
support in RSpec-1.0.3 and decided to give that a spin.
Oh tragedy!

[LLVMdev] Setting up new project
Try using the --with-llvmsrc and --with-llvmobj options to explicitly set the locations of your LLVM source tree and object tree, respectively. I faintly recall seeing this error and seem to recall using these options to work around it.
