Rsync will recieve the file list, and discover the files to consider, and then stalls out on the first actual file transfered. 0 bytes 0kB/s. On the recieving server, the DLGDiagv504f.exe file is named .dlgdiagv504.f.exe.7dd0oa and is only 512 kb. The rsync process still runs after this, like it's in an idle mode. It's not just this file, its been a number of different files.

I'm trying to copy files from a Linux system to a Windows XP system running sshwindows. When using Cygwin Rsync 2.5.6/OpenSSH 3.6.1 for copying files from Win2k->Win2k, I get 2 or 3 hung processes on the receiving-side out of about every 50 runs. These hung processes cause the system to be unable to reboot(?!), requiring a hard reset. Killing the processes allows a graceful reboot every time.
