Help connecting to SOCKS5 proxy server with Open SSH
My desire is to form a connection from my laptop running ubuntu to a
SOCKS5 server listed on the Internet. I have read the Ubuntu man page on
OpenSSH client program. The description indicates that I have to connect
to given host name (assumed to be an ip address?) with optional
username. I want the server receive my Internet traffic in SOCKS5
protocol and respond to my computer the requested

Age of Wonders 2 Mouse Issue
Age of Wonders 2 in wine has what appears to be probably a very simple
bug, but makes the game unplayable - the game does not recognize mouse
clicks at all. This happens in both this release (2/19) and last
release (1/15), before that I have not tested, but I presume it has
never worked.
I'm not exactly an expert debugger :) but I tried some tracing, and it
seems the game does not use

A question about pairs()
Greetings R users,
I am an R graphics newbie trying to produce a custom trellis plot using
pairs() with R 2.7.2.
I have spatial data on which I run a geographically weighted regression
(gwr, using the -spgwr- package). I want to check the gwr coefficients
for multicollinearity and spatial association, following Wheeler and
Tiefelsdorf (2005), and I would like to summarize the results of this

More sorting problems with untokenized index
I''m having problems sorting on untokenized fields. I have one field that
sorts fine, but there are others that seem to sort on a different field.
Here''s the index description:

Problem with predict() and factors
I am working on a script that takes numeric performance indicators and runs
them against a series of regressors (dummy regressors, yes\no stuff via 0
and 1, e.g. Was is Christmas this week 0=no, 1=yes).
The script is as follows (Written as a function):

[LLVMdev] Implementing the ldr pseudo instruction in ARM integrated assembler
Hi David,
Maybe I’m just blind, but where’s the code to handle the .ltorg directive? Is that a separate patch, maybe? Without that, this is not going to be usable in any circumstance using subsections-via-symbols.
+typedef std::map<const MCSection *, ConstantPool> ConstantPoolMapTy;
This feels odd to me. Can you elaborate a bit more on the data structure choices?? I would have expected

PRI D-channel signalling error? "Ring reques ted onchannel 0/1 a lready in use on span 1. Hanging up owner."
Now that's quite interesting - yes, this is a two way span. I thought that
the D-channel negotiation that happens before the B-channel is set up would
have implicitly avoid the glare condition through signalling the
intent-to-use to the resource to the remote end (a-la E&M wink start).
So what seems to be happening in my case is my CPE is set for a 'Descending'
b channel sequence
