[LLVMdev] Newbie question for registering new target with LLVM
Hi, > 1.1) Please verify all above change(s) are OK? or I have modify some code? Parts will almost certainly have to change in future, but if it builds that's an excellent first step. > 1.2) In LLVM, can we proceed our development like as GCC i.e. incremental > approach? In case of yes, please provide me any reference. Incremental is definitely possible. I started out with

Help me make the ongame poker client work again !
Hi guys, A while ago, I submitted this test http://appdb.winehq.org/objectManager.php?sClass=version&iId=20468 stating the ongame poker client worked almost flawlessly with wine. I stopped playing for a while, and redownloaded it today from https://www.unibet.fr/sps/poker/telecharger I can't get it to run anymore. I've winetricked vcrun2008 and wininet. Installation still works fine.

[LLVMdev] Newbie question for registering new target with LLVM
Hi all, llvm newbie here. I'm trying to learn porting with llvm for study purpose. This is my first query on llvm mailing list.I have some idea about GCC. I choose 'rx' as a target to port as it is also available in GCC. I have done some initial changes with llvm source code to register target with llvm. I need to verify these changes. Can anyone please take a chance to verify it.

Wine installed... but not?
Hey, I've got a Ubuntu 11.10 system I use as my home server. I installed wine on it a little while ago and everything was working great, I was using it to run Air Video Server. At some point when I was installing new display drivers to enable GPU acceleration in XBMC Air Video Server stopped loading on boot. When I tried to fix it, I found that the system was acting like wine was not

Update 4.1 ISO's and JIGDO
When the update 1 iso's come out could jigdo templates also be released along with the bittorrent files? It would probably save a lot of bandwidth if bittorrent could be resumed on iso's rebuilt via jigdo from vast swathes of the iso's which most of us already have (the 4.0 packages and updates). Cheers, MaZe.

Denoise causing drain pipe effect in audio
Actually, if you have a second microphone that captures just the noise (perhaps a directional mic pointed away from the announcer), and the sound path between that microphone and the primary microphone is linear, then JM has already done the work for you. Just use the AEC and plug the "noise" microphone into where you would normally plug in the speaker on the AEC (and delay the

I hope people don't resent me making a point on this, as I don't actually know how the noise suppression in speex works, but I have some knowledge in the area of noise suppression. In

OpenLinux 2.2: LISA install leaves root access without password
Hello, I believe I''ve found a bug in the installation process of OpenLinux 2.2 when using the LISA boot disk. During the installation a temporary passwd file is put on the new file system containing the user "help" set uid=0 gid=0 and no password. Once you are prompted to set the root password and default user password a new passwd and shadow file is created yet the help user

[LLVMdev] How to add an include file
I see, Adding includes is trivial even w/o llvm, but the real problem here is manipulation of classes, if I understand you correctly adding an inheritee wouldn't be possible. Denoise causing drain pipe effect in audio
Hi Jean Thanks for the reply. We expect to use the codec in an environment where we expect very high background noise where high noise suppression will be needed. In a situation like a soccer match. Is there a way of retaining high noise suppression and still getting better audio quality. Your pointers will be of great help. Thanks, Gurinder On 6/4/10, Jean-Marc Valin <jean-marc.valin at

stock ubuntu raring binary R 3.0.1 and accelerated blas libraries?
dear debian-R group: I am using the stock ubuntu binary R 3.0.1 for ubuntu raring but on cinnamon mint olivia 15. I read dirk's gcbd paper from a couple of years ago. it suggests that stock blas is pretty bad compared to the four main alternatives. of course, dirk also maintains the binaries for debian/ubuntu R, so he probably knows the answer off hand. I installed libatlas3-base

Re: Can't install Microsoft Visual C++ 2005 Redistributable
I've had problems installing visual c++ runtime 2005 as well. Just so you know, I'm a complete noob. This is the first time I've ever had to use wine, and I don't know the inner workings of the Linux OS at all. Any commands I've used have been written by someone else and saved on my computer to copy and paste, or I've found online and just copy and pasted. I've tried

[LLVMdev] Newbie question for registering new target with LLVM
Hi Tim, Have you considered taking your knowledge about writing backends and improve the current documentation? I have made a document which should allow you to get up and running writing documentation extremely quickly and easily; you can find it at <http://llvm.org/docs/SphinxQuickstartTemplate.html>. Any help is greatly appreciated. Even just a slightly more expository coverage of the

Dovecot 2.2.16: disappearing messages, mismatched summaries, duplicated messages, excessive full re-downloads
The update to dovecot2-2.2.18/dovecot-pigeonhole-0.4.8 seems to have made problems worse. Whole directories don't load at all - or they may load a weird segment - like mail from a few months ago back and mail from the last two days, but nothing in between. I did a # find /mail -name "dovecot.index*" -type f -delete and then on the client side (K9) things clear up, on TB a Right

using virt-v2v
Hi, I'm trying to migrate some VMs from KVM to oVirt using virt-v2v and I cannot get it to work. Where do I have to install virt-v2v on the oVirt management host? I've setup a RHEL 7.1 VM with the libguestfs preview for RHEL 7.2, will this work that way. My VM are located on FC LUNs on the KVM server, I'm able to access libvirt using qemu+ssh but the it returns an error that it

[LLVMdev] Looking for a fix to memory leak in DWARF support
David, Thanks for the quick response... No, at this point I am just getting into the issue... I assume it is a leak, but no clear proof yet. I was hoping it was an obvious thing since I recall a discussion about it a while ago... but maybe I am just confused. Was your work for compressing DWARF data motivated by a certain inefficiency in debug info representation? Did it result in
