Time delaying (or time lagging)
Hello everyone, I have problem with time delaying on my CentOS powered server. I have tried to set time in BIOS and in OS (with saving time to BIOS), but time still delaying, so after month is about five minutes delayed. In past I was using this box with Windows and there wasn?t this time problem, but I cant warrant, that there are no hardware issues. So I was decided, that easiest way to fix

CentOs 5.6 and Time Sync
Hi, I have upgraded my Dell C151 to the latest 5.6. I have always used ntp to sync this machine and then the rest of the machines in the network would sync from it. Since the update I cannot keep the right time on the machine. This is with / without ntp. I have attempted various scenario's with no luck. I am now trying the old kernel now as I type this out. If anyone else has any

[LLVMdev] dragonegg FSF gcc merge?
Is there a timeline for when dragonegg might be merged into gcc (4.6 perhaps)? I ask because FSF gcc has allowed code in as technology previews before. For instance, graphite really wasn't that usable in gcc 4.4 and produced wrong code in the Polyhedron 2005 benchmarks until gcc 4.5. So as long as it can bootstrap gcc 4.6 and works in general, dragonegg should qualify for inclusion as an

FSF - dovecot
Will dovecot always be open FREE source for all? I am currently migrating my www.digipanel.com from Courier to dovecot as I think courier is overly complicated and a pain in the arse to manage all those files. anyways, I have dovecot IMAP working with MySQL auth but reading the Maildir each time takes up to 30 secs to complete. ANy ideas why? Maybe a dns resolve issue? how can I fix..

[LLVMdev] clang++ on MacOSX with fsf-gcc libstdc++?
If you check the Clang list (cfe-dev-list) the issue dealing with atomics for gcc-4.7 has been settled. I can verify this on Debian Linux using gcc-4.7 that clang/clang++ builds and no long fails when compiling a simple HelloWorld program. Atomics for c++ are now recognized as __c11_atomic_* and it builds cleanly from what i've tested. I presently don't have a 10.7 box to test against

[LLVMdev] clang++ on MacOSX with fsf-gcc libstdc++?
Hi, the subject says it all... After some experimenting, I got a bit confused as far as what the proper thing to do might be.... I build llvm/clang from trunk sources on OSX Lion 10.7.3 (i.e. x86_64-apple-darwin11.3.0 to speak GNU's platform-ese) where I also have successfully built a fsf-gcc 4.6.2 (and lately a 4.7 for that matter) from sources. Now, I think I understand that by playing

Not with the trademark, that is mis-appropriation. If you want to complain about Red Hat doing this, then you'll want to complain about a number of distributors well before
