It's not filtering this one specific line...
I keep seeing... "Nov 7 23:08:09 ns1 amavis[24086]: (24086-06) WARN: all primary virus scanners failed, considering backups" And no matter what I try to make a rule filter for it, it won't go away! I've tested my rules by doing `cat /var/log/mail.log | egrep "$my_rule"` and it would work and scroll out all the matched output. Here is one of the rules I tried...

Scanner missing again
A while back I posted about my new HP J3600 scan/fax/copy/print-er and how it was visible to the root but not me as an ordinary user. I had no trouble configuring it as a printer, but the scanner was invisible to xsane until I added my user id to the lp group. Now it's gone again, except that it is visible as a usb device to me as a normal user, but xsane can't seem to find it any more.

[PATCH v3 0/6] Enable gpu switching on the MacBook Pro
The pre-retina MacBook Pro uses an LVDS panel and a gmux controller to switch the panel between its two GPUs. The panel mode in VBIOS is notoriously bogus on these machines and some models have no VBIOS at all, so the inactive GPU cannot set up its LVDS output. Extend vga_switcheroo to support switching only the DDC lines. Introduce a drm_get_edid_switcheroo() helper which uses this feature.

Filtering mails with sieve filters - SOLVED
You might consider adding "stop;" after the fileinto, otherwise a second match might process the message again, moving it elsewhere, etc. Tom. Subject tag is gone
I've actually been thinking about it almost since the beginning. It's just been annoying waste of space on my screen. And more importantly nowadays it's also breaking DKIM/DMARC signatures. So if somebody still uses Subject-based filtering it's about time to switch to List-ID header based filtering now. Another thing I'm wondering about is if I should allow text/html parts,
