Skilled API consultant required - preferablywith Salesforce.com intergration
Because it's a new service without much traction and I need something now and also because this will be a fairly large project and as such I don't want to use a third party service to collect a 'fee'. Skills Based Routing
Morning All, Has anyone here successfully implemented skills based routing within queues? The concept behind skills based routing is fairly straight forward, and I know I could do it with multiple queues, agent penalties and a bit of AGI to put the call into the right queue. However doing this is going to require the addition of several extra queues and isn't a very clean solution. The

Skill based routing
We are trying to implement skill based routing for agents in a support centre based on the agent login. Has anyone had any experience with this and what was the outcome? Can anyone share their ideas on this? Rupert -------------- next part -------------- An HTML attachment was scrubbed... ACD functionality , Skills for agents
Hi all, I have a question regarding ACD for queues. What happens when I have 2 or more queues with same weight and each queue has a call in? How will it decide which call will be routed to the next available agent? Will it take the call with the longest waiting time in queue? If not how would I do this? Also can someone point me to resources for making a single queue with customer calls

Listing knowledge of R as a skill on a resume...
Afternoon folks: This question may be a touch off-topic, but I had to start somewhere. As I become more proficient with R I would like to play up the point in the computer skills section of my resume. Can anybody on the list provide an idea or two as to what might be an appropriate way to do this? Is it a language or an application? What's a proper description for it? I leave to

Skill-based routing
Hello, does anybody know about an existing skill-based routing solution for asterisk? I found only some theoretical documents on voip-info.org. I would like to have finer control over who can get which call in which order. Example: Several operators with several topics. Each operator may have a given knowledge-base for given topic. Topics may be weighted in question of complexity as well. Some

ssh-import-id
Howdy, We in the Ubuntu Server world have been using a handy little shell utility for a couple of releases now, called 'ssh-import-id' [1]. Whereas ssh-copy-id _pushes_ a public key from one system to another, ssh-import-id _pulls_ a public key from a secure key server and installs it. It takes one or more userid's as command line arguments, loops over them, sequentially attempts to

CIFS in fstab
Hi, folks, I have a difficulty using a cifs connection... O/S: Mandrake 10.0, updated kernel, at 2.6.8.1-12mdk, running Samba 3.0.7 packages. I'm trying to mount, via CIFS a share on a Windows 2003 server. I have no control over the use of smb signing, so I need to use cifs, not smbfs (the organisation as a whole has over 25000 users, using numerous servers, almost exclusively Microsoft
