I have read the MAN page and the Rsync page and have set up an /etc/rsync.conf but I can't seem to get it working. I have tried starting the daemon and adding the correct entry on the server hosts.allow file, but I just get "Connection refused" from the server. This is where it sets a sort of 60 second timeout if you don't set a timeout at all. As far as what it affects, I'm not that good with the code.
