Hi guys.
I have seen, read and test to install a windows 7 vm under centos 6 and kvm.
I have install windows under kvm a lot of times, but is my first time
with virtio.
I want to try virtio drives, I have install virtio from fedora repo,
download the iso, etc.
I have try different options trying to understand how kvm want the

ANNOUNCE: libguestfs & virt-v2v RHEL 7.3 preview packages available
If you are running RHEL 7.2 betas or snapshots (or RHEL 7.2 when it
comes out next month) then you may be interested in trying out the
newer RHEL 7.3 preview versions of:
- libguestfs
- virt-v2v (Supported since RHEL 7.2)
- virt-p2v (Technical Preview in RHEL 7.2, Supported in RHEL 7.3)
I intend to release upstream 1.32 towards the end of this year, and
rebase libguestfs to that version. For

virt-sandbox-service
Is there any documentation/tutorial that explains how to use
virt-sandbox-service?
After looking at some writeups about virt-sandbox-service, this looks
like a good tool for something I need to do. But, following the
"examples" I cannot get anything to work correctly.
With a simple xfce install with httpd, lighttpd, and libvirt-sandbox
installed, I tried:

USB-HDD
Hi there,
I've read the instructions on using syslinux; in particular, I'm
interested in booting off a USB stick.
According to doc/usbkey.txt, USB-HDD is the best mode -- but there's no
mention of how to get that working.
I've tried googling it, but can't seem to find instructions (probably
not searching for the right thing)
Could someone here point me in the right

Qemu-1.4.0-2 and Qemu-1.4.0-1 is broken on virt-preview and rawhide
All,
Our testing seems to indicate that Qemu-1.4.0-2 and Qemu-1.4.0-1 is
broken on virt-preview and rawhide.
I'm getting undefined symbol: usbredirparser_send_start_bulk_receiving
when running qemu-system-x86_64 -version..
Do others see this issue? Is there a known solution?

Re: Libvirt and Virt-manager compatibility
Thanks Michal.
Yes I am stuck with 0.9.0 virt-manager version.
Is this compatible with libvirt 1.2.2 release? From where I get such compatibility matrix

Re: F20 Virt-Manager with MacVTap not working
The guest was setup through virt-manager. The machine is not configured
much after a F20 install (I believe I didn't change any network things)
Here is the network part:

RHEL 7.3 preview repository and virt-v2v Windows conversions
First I'd like to remind people that I am publishing RHEL 7.3 preview
packages of libguestfs here:
https://people.redhat.com/~rjones/libguestfs-RHEL-7.3-preview/
https://www.redhat.com/archives/libguestfs/2015-September/msg00079.html
These can be installed on RHEL 7.2.
In the libguestfs-1.32.1-3.el7 package that I have just uploaded, I
have enabled *experimental* support for virt-v2v
