No IOMMU found. Unable to assign device
Hi,
I am playing around with PCI passthrough and came across some posts that
said you could not do PCI passthrough unless you had IOMMU hardware.
which it would appear I don't
Is this the case? Am I flogging a dead horse?
Thanks,
Marco

calls get stuck in asterisk
When there are 3 or more incomming calls on my Linksys 962, it often
happens that the calls are in the wait-state but not visible on the
phone anymore
This happens when we want to transfer the call but the remote party
doesn't answer.
When we want to take the call back it is gone, but the calling party
still has music on hold
after a while this times out, and the call is ended by asterisk

Ices encode stops using Hauppauge pvr usb2
Hello,
I have a version 29 of Hauppauge pvr usb2 which i am using as a fm receiver.
It is connected to an Intel NUC on a usb3 port running kernel linux-3.8.12.
The fm audio is fed to ices encoder using
mpeg2desc -a0 < /dev/radio0 | mpg123 -s - | ices /tmp/ices-stdin.xml
This works well for two days. However something kills of encoding after two
days of running. Ices reports in the log

Specifying a USB Device to use USB2 Controller
Hi all,
Can anyone please advise the correct process for defining a USB device to
point to a USB 2 Controller? Specifically, how do you define a USB device
to use the EHCI controller in a guest xml file?
To summarize my problem:
I have 1 x USB1 device and 1 x USB2 device that I would like to use from
within a Windows XP Guest. If I add the USB2 device (Avid M-box) to the
guest machine via

[LLVMdev] Really nasty remat bug [LONG]
Ok, I've been tracking down a remat bug for over a week. I think I finally
understand what is going on. This happens in specfp2006 leslie3d
compiled with our frontend and optimizer. Unfortunately, getting a testcase
is going to be impossible due to restrictions on SPEC redistribution and
the complexity of the sequence of events leading to the bug.
The bug is extremely subtle and nasty.

find data (date) gaps in time series
Dear R users,
I have a time series of precipitation data. The time series comprises
~ 20 years and it is supposed to be constant (one value per day), but
due to some failure of the measuring device some days or periods are
missing. I would like to find these missing days or periods just to
get a first idea about the reliability of the measurements. The only
function I could find was
