Why is virt-resize designed to involve two disks?
HI,
As you've known, vhd-util and qemu-img both provide the capacity for
resizing the original disk, but why is virt-resize designed to involve
two disks, not only original disk? Is there any concern? Is it
possible that only one original disk is involved in virt-resize?

[PATCH] Resize improvements (Multiple resize modes, better aspect ratio constraining)
Hi,
I have ported various improvements of Beryl's resize to Compiz:
- multiple resize modes (aside to the standard "normal" mode those are
"Stretch", "Outline" and "Filled Outline")
- better aspect ratio constraining (you now also can resize aspect
constrained windows from other edges than the lower right)
- avoiding of mouse pointer desynchronization

[PATCH 0/4] Fixes for virt-resize
Fixes for both of these bugs:
https://bugzilla.redhat.com/show_bug.cgi?id=633096
virt-resize calculates block device size incorrectly, doesn't work with qcow2 target
https://bugzilla.redhat.com/show_bug.cgi?id=633766
virt-resize --shrink fails
I'm still doing testing on these, but the patches seem good
enough to review.

[PATCH 0/9] Enhance virt-resize so it can really expand Linux and Windows guests
This is a set of bugfixes and enhancements to allow virt-resize to
really expand Linux and Windows guests. Previously there were lots of

Hello guys!
I tried to shrink a partition when resizing an image using virt-resize.
The numbers and result are weird.

[PATCH v2 00/13] virt-resize: add support for resizing MBR logical partitions
Hi Rich,
This is v2 series to add support for resizing MBR logical partitions.
I found the reason of problem in v1 that parted reports error when
adding logical partitions, is that logical partitions are not aligned
to 2 sectors. This problem doesn't appear in v2.
This is for early review, because of:
1. I'm not sure the splitting of patches is appropriate or not, but
it's much
