A new mmo called Forsaken World (http://fw.perfectworld.com/) just entered closed beta. The client is crashing in Wine. It's crashing instantly, before any window appears. The patcher is fine. Hi, I am using Ubuntu Linux 10.4 (64 bit). I have been trying to use a scientific program written to work on Windows XP and Vista. I can't run it on my Windows Home Premium as this does not have XP compatability mode. I therefore decided to attempt installation via Wine. I have been able to download forsaken world onto my ubuntu pc. however when I hit on it to run the actual game its says that there's an error in the exe and that it could be a bug and that wine hq is sorry for the inconvienece. does anyone have a clue how I can fix this. plz.
