Ventrilo 2.1.4 under wine - push to talk.
Ventrilo in version 2.1.4 work properly good under wine. I talk with friend without any problems with sound, but there is one with "Push-to-talk" function (hotkey). When frame with ventrilo have lost focus i can't use this function. I spent a lot of time to googled about it and I found program called xbindkeys. I got idea, that I can use this program to send keystroke to ventrilo.

World of Warcraft on Linux Mint or Ubuntu, a doubt
Hi everyone
I used to have Linux Mint 8 Helena and World of Warcraft patch 3.2.x, like less than a year ago
I play on private servers (just because there's no way of payment for blizzard servers from Peru), and i had a bad experience with wine 1.0 (or 1.1.33, i can't remember - the thing is that wine 1.2 wasn't released)
My FPS were like 19-20 when in windows it goes at 60-65, in

Ventrilo crashing - not sound problem.
I am running Ventrilo client 3.0.4 through WINE 1.1.15 (built in wine git to use WoW stability patch).
Sound works fine, program starts and I can hear everyone and they can hear me. Then at random intervals Ventrilo either stops working (incoming and outgoing sound no longer happens) or crashes to desktop. This can happen at any point with no warning and no error messages in the terminal.

Ventrilo Linux Client (Spux)
Hello everyone
I am currently looking for developers to help with an open source project called Spux. This project has been around for a while but I have recently decided to go open source due to many complaints. The project is to simply create a native Linux Ventrilo client. Ventrilo does work with wine but not well and it would be better if there were a native client. Many of us need a client

[Invalid ELF header] GSM audio codec in Ventrilo
Hi all,
I'm trying to run Ventrilo (voice chat) on WINE.
I have the latest version of wine.
I installed correctly Ventrilo.
Now I have to setup it to use the GSM 6.10 codec.
I read on-line that I only need to add "MSACM.msgsm610=msgsm32.acm" to
the system.ini file, and add the file in the /system directory.
I did it, but when I choose the codec GSM I get an error:

Wine Virtual Desktop Question
I've got Lord of the Rings Online working under wine, but the only problem is, it has to be played in full-screen, or else i get a "Must be ran in 16-bit / 32-bit color mode". Running it full-screen via virtual desktop would be no problem, however, when done, i cannot use wine to start Ventrilo. When i start ventrilo via wine after i start up LotRO, it starts in the same window as

Need help with WineBottler
Yo fellas!
I'm having some problems with WineBottler.
I'm trying to connect to a ventrilo server with a gsm codec (I think) which isn't supported on mac os. A friend who is on the same server uses regular wine and it works for him, but are there any way to make it work with WineBottler as well? Or should I just do it the "hard" wy and install Wine? Couldn't find XCode

[GSoC 2016] Enabling Polyhedral Optimizations in Julia - Midterm Report
Dear Community,
in an earlier post, students working on LLVM were asked to provide a short
report on
their GSoC project. in the following I want to give an overview on the
current status of my
GSoC project and outline my next planned activities. Since my mentoring
organization is Julia,
I also send this to the according mailing list.

[GSoC 2016] Introduction - "Enabling Polyhedral Optimizations in Julia"
Dear LLVM contributors,
my name is Matthias, I am a graduate student majoring in computer science at the Vienna University of Technology, and I am glad to be one of this year's GSoC students who work for the Julia foundation. Julia is a relatively young programming language that uses LLVM for just-in-time compilation and the goal of my project is to integrate Polly in this environment to

[LLVMdev] Advice for setting debug locations
Hello,
I'm trying to fix a long standing issue we are having in Julia where
when the file information switched, we weren't recording that
correctly, so line information showed up in the wrong file. Basically
we would always create a scope with the DISubprogram and the given
line number. What I tried was to change the scope to be a DIFile
instead so we'd get the correct file

[LLVMdev] Introducing julia, and gauging interest in a julia BOF session at the upcoming LLVM conference in London
Folks,
We are contemplating holding a Birds of a Feather session titled "Julia and LLVM: Implementing a fast dynamic language for technical computing" at the LLVM 2012 European Conference on April 12-13 in London.
http://llvm.org/devmtg/2012-04-12/
Would this be of interest to the LLVM developer and user community? It would be great if you could drop me a line. It will help us gauge

[LLVMdev] Advice for setting debug locations
Sorry, I didn't have a small IR example and I was sure I was just
doing something stupid. Thanks for the help, I'll try it out and
report back. Maybe it would be good to add an assertion or something
that tells people what's wrong in this case, since the generated DWARF
seems to be invalid?

[LLVMdev] Building LLVM with asan
Hello everybody,
after moving from OS X to Linux build llvm with asan enabled (I also
updated to trunk, but not sure if that's related). However, it's totally
possible that I missed a step that I took back when I set this up for me,
so I might be doing something very stupid. Anyway, I'm configuring LLVM with
../configure --prefix=/home/kfischer/julia/usr --build=x86_64-pc-linux-gnu
