I just wanted to know if anyone has noticed a difference between MP3 and OGG encoded files when having the Winamp equalizer switched on? I seem to be missing bass and the sound doesn't fill the room as much with OGG. With the EQ turned off there is no discernable difference between both LAME and Vorbis encoded files (both at an average of 192 kbps). Is this an error with the OGG Winamp plugin?

Hi, This word for a little problem : when using the Equalizer integrated with Winamp v 5.24, this has no action on FLAC files! With MP3 files, no problem, and when reading FLAC files using the Creative Equalizer, no problems too! Is this a bug in Winamp ? I was under the impression that "PCM equalizer" means it only equalizes the PCM codec, i.e. WAV files. Have you noticed a significant quality improvement in the EQ for compressed media: MP3, Vorbis, MPC?
