Shorewall 1.3.10 Beta 1
There''s a lot new in 1.3.10: 1) You may now define the contents of a zone dynamically with the "shorewall add" and "shorewall delete" commands. These commands are expected to be used primarily within FreeS/Wan updown scripts. 2) Shorewall can now do MAC verification on ethernet segments. You can specify the set of allowed MAC addresses on the segment and you can

Wine 1.3.10: config doesn't save anymore!
I wondered why my changes to wineconfig suddenly reappeared! When I change wine config and apply & close it, no error appears. But next time I start winecfg, my changes weren't saved! E.g. removing application entries. The console just show: Code: $ winecfg fixme:ole:CoInitializeSecurity (0x42f660,-1,(nil),(nil),4,3,(nil),0,(nil)) - stub! fixme:advapi:RegisterTraceGuidsW (0x100778a,

When it comes to the connection, the Windows executable tells me: Trying again... Trying again... Trying again... ... Launching the executable with WINEDEBUG="warn+all", at the same time I get

Sonic Foundry Vegas under Wine 1.3.10
Hi, there! I'm new to this forum. I have installed Debian Squeeze and Wine 1.3.10. I need edit videos sometimes because of my job. I don't like Windows, and it is a real problem if you seek professional output. Sony Vegas(since 5.0) requires .NET framework. You know, dotnet doesn't work really good under Wine. I had another choice, and installed Sonic Foundry Vegas 4.0, that

Problems with 1.3.10 and Ices (CVS)
I'm having problems with this combination. I thought it was problems with Ices but I'm not so sure... I start Icecast and Ices and send them to the background. Usually about 10-12 hours later, they are dead. The icecast.log file shows this: [25/Mar/2001:16:09:41] [0:Main Thread] ERROR: Could not create new thread, retrying [25/Mar/2001:16:09:41] [0:Main Thread] ERROR: Could not create

Problem with ices on OpenBSD 2.9 w/ Icecast 1.3.10
Not got to the bottom of it yet, but commenting out both LOG_INFO lines in thread/thread.c stops it segfaulting. Now I'm back to the old problem of a 128k stream not being sent fast enough to the clients.
