I have installed EAC. It starts, looks correct but when the cursor moves over the EAC window it disappears and I can't reach any controls. The window is possible to move around but no access to the program. When I close the program I have to force it to finish. I'm running Fedora 10.

Hi there again! I have installed Office 2007 under wine vista without incidents but when I try to open its applications I get .exe has encountered a problem and it needs to close. I need wine to be vista because I have another program which will flicker in xp. If I install Office under wine xp everything works fine. What should I do? Thank you! Andreea.

Hi guys, A while ago, I submitted this test http://appdb.winehq.org/objectManager.php?sClass=version&iId=20468 stating the ongame poker client worked almost flawlessly with wine. I stopped playing for a while, and redownloaded it today from https://www.unibet.fr/sps/poker/telecharger I can't get it to run anymore. I've winetricked vcrun2008 and wininet. Installation still works fine.

I have been trying to add a launcher to the gnome menu for some of my wine games, but I have found that when I add them to the menu the games complain about missing files, I assume because it is looking for the rest of the game files in the directory that the launcher is in. Hi, I have large size Roaming profiles in Win2k and Samba. Samba 2.2.2 is acting as a PDC. Does Win2k load all the files from scratch from the samba server everytime a user log in? Or does Win2k or Samba provides some sort of diff mecanism, so that only modified files are loaded from the Samba server(to speed think up)? I read somewhere that in order for a program to work properly in Wine it should be installed in a clean enviroment, something along the lines of one software conflicting with anothers drivers/runtime/apps/etc. Is this true? Does this mean that I can only have one program installed with Wine at a time? Can one not create several 'fresh enviroments'?
