Problems with Wine and Atomic Bomberman

Need help with Warcraft II BattleNet Edition and LAN play
Hello, I'm trying to get LAN play working with Warcraft II BNE. As many of you know, W2BNE is so old that LAN play is done through IPX networking. I realize there are instructions for installing IPX on Linux, but I'm using Mac OS X, for which there are no IPX solutions. However, I have found that there is now a (Windows) winsock wrapper that tunnels IPX packets over UDP called IPXWrapper

Hi all, I recently compiled wine-20050419, and decided to give Warcraft 3 a try. The game installed nicely but crashed at runtime, freezing my computer. I had to hard-reboot the box to recover. Unfortunately, i am unable to give any trace or log, because each time i launch Warcraft it hangs, leaving me with no alternative but rebooting the system. Only one joystick of two activated
Hi, I am always using the newest Wine snapshot on OpenSUSE 10.3 x86_64. My two USB-joysticks (js0, js1) - which are pedals and joystick - work without problems with all native Linux simulations like FlightGear, Torcs, etc. It is a big pity that with Wine only the first joystick is activated, no matter which order I use, because with Wine all my old Windows simulations work without problems.

Wired Problem in IE

CentOS 5.2 and wired Ethernet on a Macbook Pro?
I recently installed CentOS 5.2 64-bit on a partition on a MacBook Pro 17 inch. It installed just fine, but wired Ethernet is not available. lspci shows it as nVidia...unknown. Is it possible to get wired Ethernet running on this laptop under CentOS without having to create a virtual machine installation of CentOS? If so, what is the magic? Thanks. Scott

Bioshock and xbox 360 wired controller?
Has anyone been able to get their wired xbox 360 controller to work with the mac version of bioshock? There's an option in the controller preferences, but it refuses to be clickable no matter how I connect my pc 360 controller to my mac. I even downloaded the tattleboogie drivers, but it didn't recognize the controller in game. Has anyone made this work? juego de dora

While playing games like blood rayne 2 and GTA SA the screen continously moves in circles using my Xbox 360 controller. Any ideas why this is happening. Its very annoying.

Festival sounds too wired !!
Hello, I was just able to connect to my festival server.. but the voice generated by festival sounds too wired ..really. I installed only festival, i didn't install speech_tools and couple progams as was documented in voip-info.org How can I tune up festival to have better voice (not as good as like human speech!) Hi, Is anyone aware of a wired sip hardphone supporting 802.1x authentication ? I've been told some Avaya and Alcatel ip phones supported 802.1x. wired network switch to wireless if not active
All, I am wondering how one PC with a wired and wireless connection can have the wired IP active as long as there is a connection then if the wired connection goes away to then automatically, go wireless, then if wired comes back alive go back to wired. Is that kind of setup possible, if so how. This unit is always on - I just want whichever network is active and faster to be the active
