Squid memory leaks in -stable using libc malloc
Hi, Using Squid with libc's malloc, I'm seeing a big difference between what top reports as memory used for the squid process (SIZE) and what Squid's cache manager reports that Squid has allocated (total KB allocated in the memory utilization page). Squid is using around twice as much memory as expected, and seems to grow without bounds (I run out of memory every now and then).

Fwd: [Re: cvs commit: src/sys/vm vm_map.c]
Hello, FYI: A FreeBSD user suggested that this issue requires a security advisory. The issue has been public for some time, but currently, FreeBSD does not issue advisories for local denial-of-service issues. It is expected that this bug will soon be fixed in FreeBSD 4.x (it is already fixed in FreeBSD 5.x, as you can see below). Cheers, -- Jacques Vidrine <nectar@freebsd.org> -----

I'm not putting the whole error message here because I couldn't copy-paste the message at the booting stage. I'm adding the autoconfigured menu

5-in-1 Card Reader in Acer Extensa 5220
Hello, I have installed CentOS 5 (2.6.18-53.1.4.el5) on my new Acer Extensa 5220 notebook and everything seems to work fine except of the following: 1) Display is ok, but could maybe be better? The driver is set to 'vesa' but should be 'intel', in my opinion. But 'intel' isn't working in xorg.conf. 00:02.0 VGA compatible controller: Intel Corporation Mobile GM965/GL960
