Create a shortcut for Wine's Internet Explorer in wine's menu entry. It should help people test more easily this new feature that is being improved in this wine development cycle.

I then plan to run it in wine, for initial testing ( I don't have a windows box ). I'd like to use the activeX browser control in the program, as opposed to re inventing the wheel in an unfamiliar environment ( why cant we all just use unix? )
