N1MM Logger won't run
This is a freeware program written in Visual Basic 6.0 which I would dearly love to get working under Wine. It is available here: http://pages.cthome.net/n1mm/ It appears to install (with a few errors and fixmes reported). Then when I ran it, the program coughed up a VB runtime error and died (also a few errors and fixmes). I am running Wine 0.9.16 which I compiled from source in Debian Etch,

synchronization problem between DC
Hi, I have noticed that there are problems synchronizing between DC Primary Samba 4 and DC Secondary Windows Server 2008. I have already fixed the issue with the ldbedit command and everything was fine. Over time inconsistencies occur between the DCs again, as shown below: samba-tool ldapcmp ldap://WIN-DC1 ldap://SAMBA4-DC -UAdministrator Password for [EMPRESA\Administrator]: Comparing:

Trying to get N1MM Logger working under Wine
I am trying to use an amateur radio logging program under Wine, but other than installation, I've been unable to get the program running. Most likely I just need some assistance figuring out which DLLs are still missing. On advice I installed DCOM98 and VCRUN6 and set mfc42, ole32 and rpcrt4 to (builtin, native). So far all I get are a few dialog boxes, the first titled "EntryWindow

Link statically against libc++ on Cray XC 40
Hi folks, In our scientific simulation tool, we set up our build system to link against LLVMSupport to print stack traces for debugging purposes, also from other compilers. This works very well on most hosts, but we fail to make it work with gcc on a Cray XC 40 cluster. They have a very restrictive toolchain setup (everything is controlled by the “module” command; you never get to see any real

UTF-8 patch for Samba 2.0.7
See description in the attached patch. -------------- next part -------------- This quick hack adds primitive support of UTF-8 as a server 'character set' to Samba 2.0.7. All file, share and user names are stored on server in UTF-8, and translated into client code page (not UCS2) on the fly. Additionally, server string conversion is added. Tested with Chinese and Russian Windows clients.

The --inplace is very different from the behaviour of --partial when resuming a complex case transfer.
Hi all, >From the manpage of rsync, I can see the following descriptions: --inplace The option implies --partial (since an interrupted transfer does not delete the file) So I do the following testings on the `--inplace' and `--partial' for resuming a file with the following steps: 1- rsync ftp.cn.debian.org::debian/dists/wheezy/main/binary-amd64/

[cfe-dev] [Proposal] Automatically Cc: cfe-commits@ on Clang reviews
It seems like this has already been set up for all the projects except for libunwind. Can we create a Differential repository for it as well? I'll be happy to update its .arcconfig once that's done. Forgot to mention: > Also, how would arcanist pick up two callsigns here? Wouldn't it just pick the from the closest surrounding .arcconfig? The review request will belong to a single repository, as you noticed (from the closest .arcconfig to where the arc command was invoked). However, when commits land, they will be imported under either one (rL for LLVM diffs) or two (rL + rC for e.g.

Analyzing "Stacked" Time Series
I have a question about pooling or "stacking" several time series ?samples? (sorry in advance for the long, possibly confusing, message). I'm sure I'm revealing far more ignorance than I'm aware of, but that's why I'm sending this... [Example at bottom] I have regional migration flows (?samples?) from, say, regions A to B, A to C, B to A, ?., C to B (Noted as

Class and object problem

My best guess at your immediate problem (doing things by hand) is that you're not using the whole vector. From your example: Delta <- c(m1 = 0, m2 = 1.8, m3 =
