The Talking Moose
Anyone here remember the old Talking Moose desktop toy from the 80's? For the unitiated, the Talking Moose was a simple applet on old Mac computers that periodically displayed an animated Bullwinkle-lookalike moose in the corner of the screen, spouting witty phrases or biting insults, as well as commenting on various activities like opening and closing programs or inserting disks. Can we disable write to /sys/fs/cgroup tree inside container ?

mkfs.btrfs - error checking /dev/sda5 mount status
Hi,
I''m hitting this issue - sda5 is a normal device, nothing to do with
loop, encryption etc.
# mkfs.btrfs /dev/sda5
WARNING! - Btrfs v0.19-35-g1b444cd-dirty IS EXPERIMENTAL
WARNING! - see http://btrfs.wiki.kernel.org before using
error checking /dev/sda5 mount status
Is there something I can do to resolve this?
Thank you

More sendmail problems... Partition your disks!
This is yet-another reason to _partition_ your disks. Of course hard links
do not work accross filesystems. Even thought it is a pain in the neck to do
when installing your operating system, think about separating critical
system files from non-critical and non-system files from system files. I
would say that the following layout is a good place to start:
/
/usr (nosuid,nodev,ro)
/usr/local
