Hi guys. Have wine 1.3.1 installed and the bug http://bugs.winehq.org/show_bug.cgi?id=23935 was reported as fixed, closed. Have icuii81.exe in Downloads folder. Also have wine1.3 and Ubuntu 10.04 Lucid. Tried to install it and no luck.
