printer layout page setting problem with TibetDoc
Hi! I have a problem with TibetDoc.exe by TCC. Under Wine page setup doesn't work correctly. It is not possible to set the page borders in fractions of inches. It only allows are full inches like: 0in, 1in, 2in etc. and not 0.5 or 1.3 This is very annoying as it does not allow for exact positioning of the pechas. Any ideas or hints what is the problem or do I have to switch back to

setting 'layout' locally within functions
Using layout I've created a function that makes a 2 panel plot - comprising a main plot, and a sub-panel with custom legend. I would now like to use layout to create multiple panels with plots created by my function, however the values for layout set in the function act globally, stopping me from setting this up how I want. So if I say: layout(matrix(1:2, 1,2)) my.plot(data) I end up with

[LLVMdev] processFunctionBeforeFrameFinalized setting object offset without effect, stack frame layout wrong
Hi, Target overrides of processFunctionBeforeFrameFinalized() are misused in two cases (MBlaze and PowerPC) to set the offsets of objects. Unfortunately this has no effect because the offsets are immediately reset by calculateFrameObjectOffsets(). The PowerPC backend does this to setup the stack frame layout according to the ABI. Ie. it spills the registers etc. in a fixed layout. How to do

Last page on a multi page, faceted graph created using ggforce, loses its layout under a certain condition
Dear All, I posted this query on stack overflow but I received no replies so I am posting it here so that someone here can take a look at this. My query is that suppose the variable I am faceting by has 40 categories and I want 3 categories per page( 1 row x 3 columns),then the last category fills the entire second page. I want the last category to fill only the left - most position in the grid

Docs: Setting up two-column layout on docs homepage
Quick update. I've decided to scratch the idea of using the raw directive to add html to the docs homepage. I realized today that in order to accomplish what I want (add two-column layout with links to individual topics), I would have to use hyperlinks. That seems undesirable given that it would make it easier to break the URL links if the LLVM docs site were ever moved/updated. I spent a few

Generic page element display initializer in a layout?
All, I''ve run into a snag. I need to handle the display of elements on my page and I want to use my Javascript event handlers on page load. However, my BODY tag is trapped in my generic layout. I''m thinking that I can put an onLoad on the BODY tag that will just call a Javascript method called initializePage() and then provide this initializePage() call in my specific page

Set the grid.layout programmatically?
Hello all: Does anyone know if the grid layout function can be set dynamically? For example if I have a column that will be changing as new data is added monthly I would like grid to detect the new data and create another row or column for the new plot on the same window instead of adding the new layout manually. The code below shows a grid.layout of hardcoded two rows and two columns. Thanks

Need a little help setting the upper median using "layout"...
The code I'm using is shown below. I would like to have a larger median at the top of the plot so that I can show the entirity of "title_text". Several times I tried messing with "par(mar", but that seemed to make matters worse. By any chance can anyone provide any insight as to the best way to increase the top/upper/northern margin, so the entirity of the title is

How to set a controller''s layout?
I''d like a controller to use a specific layout for all its views. Right now I''m calling `render :layout => ''foo''` in each method, but there must be a better way. I tried class Users < Application layout ''foo'' end And that definitely doesn''t work. Then, as a test, I tried setting _layout within a method, like this: def

ggplot facet: change layout of panels
Hi, is there anyway to adjust how ggplot(facet=) displays the layout of panels? I have a dataset with many 25 groups and gplot(y,x,facet= .~group) displays all 25 y~x plots next to each other so overall the plot is too wide. if i do the same plot in lattice xyploy(y~x|group) the y~x plots are arranged nicely 5 in each row to overall the plots is a nice 5 by 5 rectangular grid. Is there any way

BJC-2100 printer not printing correctly
First, thanks for the great work done on Centos 4.1. Recently installed on two systems that previously were running Windows 98 and Windows ME. (The user of the Windows ME system has no problems so far.) I was very surprised when Centos 4.1 recognized and automatically configured the BJC-2100 printer connected to the USB port during install. The only problem encountered so far is poor

How to layout the output nicely into webpage?
How to layout the output nicely into webpage? Hi all, I have data which is about 60000 x 1 divided into trunks and in the following for loop I am doing data analysis trunk by trunk. The goal is to layout the data and analysis summaries side-by-side in a clear manner. I guess the best way to present these is to put them on a HTML webpage (i.e. output results into HTML format). Different Layouts for Different Pages in CMS System
I''m working on building out a CMS system on rails (which is making it much easier and enjoyable!). The CMS has multiple fields per page, and each page can have completely different fields from one and another. 90% of the pages will fit within a few different templates/views where the templates/views have all the HTML and then just insert the page fields in the appropriate spot (show

Unexpected mfrow, layout behavior (pdf still has multiple pages)
My goal is to create a graph with one column and three rows into a single graphic. The mfrow, mfcol, and layout functions all have the same effect: three graphs are produced in a single pdf file, having one graph per page. This is not what I want (I didn't want multiple pages). Just before I sent this post, I was able to generate the desired output with split.screen. Is this the expected

Adjust lattice graph axis label on final page
Dear R-users, I was wondering if there was a way to adjust the placement of the axis titles for the last page of a multi-page lattice plot (see example below). Depending on the total number of panels, the placement of these titles might look strange on the last page, if the layout is not adjusted (e.g. in some template code). Any thought on this issue would be welcome. Sebastien

lattice layout multiple pages
Dear all, Using lattice I would like to print a conditionnal plot of 32 panels in a limited number of panels (eg 4) in each of several pages: xyplot(pds~time|Idnid,data=croispond3,layout=c(4,4)) This works well in principle, but the pages are printed without any possibility of stopping the printing process before each next page. I have tried par(ask=T) before the xyplot command line but
