Insert Symbol not working in MS Office 2007 Word
Whenever I insert a symbol in Word 2007, it crashes. It doesn't crash in PowerPoint 2007 or Excel 2007. This is because a dialog box comes up instead whilst in Word, it is more of a drop down menu. This is my counsel output: Code: wine winword.exe fixme:heap:HeapSetInformation 0x110000 1 (nil) 0 fixme:heap:HeapSetInformation 0x110000 1 (nil) 0 fixme:heap:HeapSetInformation 0x110000 1 (nil)

source level debugging with WineLib?
Hello, We just started using WineLib, and have very basic question: which -g??? option do you use to do source level debugging with winedbg? I searched the documentation and mailing list for any step-by-step about this, but found nothing. So either the answer is so obvious that I just can't see it - or it doesn't work? By default, winemaker seems configure things for no debug - so

AMI extension states
Hi, Is there a list of all the extension states as sent by the manager interface? (I know I could look them up in the source but that involves some "backtracing".) The ones I know are: -1: no hint for the extension 0: registered && idle 1: busy 4: unreachable, not registered 8: ringing I've recently seen 16 (== hold?) but can't find that value documented anywhere.

Core Dump on app_dial.c
Wondering if anybody else is experiencing this: Using June 21st CVS Call made internally from one Polycom IP600 to another. Core dump with the last message in log as: NOTICE[17426]: app_dial.c:681 dial_exec: Unable to create channel of type 'SIP' Happens a couple of times a day. No, I haven't done any backtracing, verbose logging, etc., (first thing in the morning, I promise) I

bug report for oggenc in CVS: vorbis-tools/oggenc/encode.c
I was wondering why my CD ripping was producing short files from some tracks. A superficial examination of the code shows this piece of code in vorbis-tools/oggenc/encode.c: Line 120: /* Main encode loop - continue until end of file */ while(!eos) { [...] /* While we can get enough data from the library to analyse, one

CentOS 6.4 tcp_fatretrans_alert causes panic
Hi all, Our kernel is 2.6.32-358.14.1.x86_64, recently dozens of them panicked, since it's been OK for a long time and the problem emerged all of a sudden, I'm not sure if an upgrade caused this problem. Here's what I got from backtracing: PID: 8136 TASK: ffff8803341aead0 CPU: 2 COMMAND: "" #0 [ffff880028283610] panic at ffffffff815286b8 #1 [ffff880028283690]

Re: Wine and WoW Cataclysm Patch 4.0 troubleshooting thread
I have the same issue, the game is actually working but the Launcher won't work (any type of private server I would try) http://i53.tinypic.com/1zxb72s.jpg Just a question I have : how can I backtrace it ? Or how can I use a debugger to see what's wrong ? Backtracing it means like running the application in terminal like wine application.exe ?

TE406P seg fault on Stable
I received a TE406P card from Digium yesterday and have done several tests on it and cannot get it working reliably with any Stable release or even CVS v1.0. What are other people that are using the TE406P card using for an Asterisk version? I tried 1.2.0 beta1 and it seemed to function well except for an unrelated issue with the beta release where the manager interface chokes under

Crash process Asterisk
Hi all, I posted here some days ago about a crash of my Asterisk process. To remember, Asterisk runs in version 1.2.7.1 on RedHat AS 4. The process crashed again but this time I have previously put the option -g. By following this : http://www.voip-info.org/wiki/view/Asterisk+debugging and the section "Backtracing a core dump file in /tmp" I have obtained the output in

[LLVMdev] Minimizing -gmlt
In an effort to fix inlined information for backtraces under DWARF Fission in the absence of the split DWARF (.dwo) files, I'm planning on adding -gmlt-like data to the .o file, alongside the skeleton CU. Since that will involve teaching the LLVM about -gmlt (moreso than it already has - the debug info LLVM metadata already describes -gmlt for the purposes of omitting pubnames in that case) I
