So... what .net 1.1 apps do people have?
Now that 'winetricks dotnet11' can run one simple .net 1.1 app properly... what other apps are out there that need .net 1.1? How well do they run with Wine after you install .net 1.1 using a fresh copy of winetricks?

Modification for mkmf
Hi all, I came across this page today: http://msdn.microsoft.com/library/default.asp?url=/library/en-us/winprog /winprog/using_the_windows_headers.asp Based on that, I think we need a patch for mkmf when on Windows that sets _WIN32_WINNT automatically based on platform. This is the basic code I''ve come up with: require "mkmf" require "win32ole" require

Loudlink Explorer 3.0.0
Hi, I try to use Loudlink Explorer (free download: http://loudlink.eu/webshop/index.php?main_page=document_general_info&cPath=2&products_id=70). This program is used to copy mp3's to sd-card for use in Loudlink devices. I tried to copy by hand, but the files are not properly recognized by loudlink device without a special formated index file. So I need this software, sorry.

Wine 1.2-rc?, nVidia, and WoW 3.3.5 Problems
Forwarding to list. One of my concerns is that we don't direct users to scan the forum entries before they post. This is just one example of 'me too' messages in a series. And the maddening thing is that folks like Jim below, don't have the problem. Several 'fixes' have been posted to work around what originally appears to be brokenness in Wine, starting about 1.1.44,

CC.rb and CCTray
I was using CCTray beautifully! with CC.rb 0.5.0. Since upgrading to 0.1.0, I get a lot of strange behavior. For starters, it seems as though a failure is indicated when the build first starts. Also, I can?t click on the project in the CCTray list anymore. It barfs with a ?System.InvalidOperationException Cannot start process because a file has not been provided.? Anybody have any ideas?
