similar to: I want to be able to minimise WoW

I can play WoW perfectly, it is 100% stable and I can get great fps. One problem though, when I minimize the game and I maximize it, sometimes I can just keep playing happily but sometimes thats not the case. I minimize it, maximize it again and the FPS drops to about 10-20fps (anywhere). As you might know, this is VERY annoying, I've tried changing loads of settings in-game with no help.

I have had problems with the function optimize/optimise for maximising/minimising a function of one variable. It seems to get easily fooled by local optima. Obviously this can happen to any numerical optimiser but some of the examples I have a pretty disappointing. The model is number[2]-(x/number[1])^number[3] Number [2] and number [1] change as the data changes but for all the set of data number[3] must be identical. Look at it, and you'll see the black outline is missing on the right side of the minimise button. This has been bugging me for a while. I've attached a zoomed in shot, so you can see easily what I mean. It's not a bug in the theme, but in gtk-window-decorator's Metacity theme support, as the border displays perfectly in Metacity. I did a regression with ARMA errors using arima0 with ari<-arima0(y,order=c(2,0,2),xreg=reg1,delta=-1) or ari<-arima0(y,order=c(2,0,2),xreg=reg1) where reg1 is the matrix of the regressors and when I see diag(ari$var.coef) I get negative terms. I have installed Simple Sudoku (http://www.angusj.com/sudoku/index.php) but I cannot minimise it, nor go to another screen to do something else. If I try, its window gets larger, vertically. When I start wow and get logged into my character, my FPS will be high, like 75, then after 30 seconds or less maybe, it will drop for 20 FPS. After upgrading to a Club 3D Radeon 5770 overclocked edition i was finally able to get some good fps out of wow... 90 => 110 FPS in Stanglethorn Vale with all the graphics option to their lowest setting possible.
