Hi All, This past Wine conference, while great fun as always, was not as well attended as Wine conferences in the past. So I would like to stir up trouble by suggesting we rethink WineConf. For those that have not attended, the Wine conference has been a mostly annual affair since 2002. It is open to all, but is advertised as being aimed at Wine developers. About 35 people attend each year.

Hi I recently upgraded to Kubuntu 8.10 with KDE4. Now, the drag & drop ability to wine applications doesn't work anymore. For example: If i drag-and-drop a file from konqueror or dolphin ton winamp/peazip/etc., it opens two files with corrupted names each. Does anyone have the same problems as I? Thxs :-)

Hi All; I ran Linux as my main laptop OS for several years, then I got into a mac shop and bought a macbook. I'm having a problem that I'm not sure the cause of. I've never had a problem with wineinstall until recently. I have full read/write access to my Windows partition and wineinstall can see it. However it fails to find the Windows registry for some reason. I'm running Windows Me, on that partition. For Linux I'm running Redhat 7, and latest CVS. Here's the messages I get.
