Another problem...
Okay, now..
I've got it compiled and running (thanks by the way to Moritz and Akos).
Using WinAMP 2.81 and the latest build of oddcastDSP i've got it streaming
happilly to the server with the server happilly accepting the stream.
Now, however whenever anybody tries connecting to the server it
automatically kicks them off ie..

How to extract function arguments literally
Dear all,
One of my friends asked me if it is possible to extract actual R
function arguments literally (precisely, as strings). The reason is
simple. He feels sometimes awkward to attach quotation marks :-). What
he actually wants is to pass R command arguments to XLisp subroutines
(He has been an enthusiastic XLisp user for a long time and still tends
to use R as a wrapper to XLisp). Is it

Another app that crashes InstallShield
This site gives away a free stock/currency charting app for
Windows:
http://www.marketbrowser.com/get_it.asp
I got around the InstallShield problem by installing the app
in Windows and then I copied the app's folder from Program Files
directly to Program Files in my ~/.wine directory--and it worked
perfectly on the first try. Amazing. And wine even made a
working shortcut on my gnome

Opening another Program From Wine App
I use a genealogy data management app called Brother's Keeper (BK6). It is possible to create a report in RTF format which will optionally be opened automatically in a word processor. To do so you must enter the path to the word processor. I can install Wordpad in Wine and it works quite well but I would like if possible to open a native Linux app. Can it be done?

Got Anonymous from DID incoming call and can't re-send to another asterisk with new callerid
Hi,
I have two asterisk servers with the same version of 1.4.29.1.
The first server named it as MYE1. MYE1 is an incoming server that can
accept incoming calls from PSTN(ZAP E1).
The second server is a pbx functions server and named it as MYPBX(SIP).
The sip.conf of MYE1 likes below:
[MYPBX]
type=peer
host=mypbx.abc.com
nat=no
disallow=all
allow=g729
canreinvite=yes

PHP Markdown 1.0.1n & Extra 1.2.4
Hello all.
This is an update to PHP Markdown and PHP Markdown Extra correcting a
couple of bugs that got reported since last release.
I also decided to enable in this release shortcut-style reference
links (as present in Markdown.pl 1.0.2 beta), as most implementations
of Markdown accepts them by default. It's also because waiting for
John to release officially version 1.0.2 as an

how to mirror only selected directories?
Hi,
I've tried various combinations of --exclude and --include, but I can't
quite get it. What I'd like to do is only mirror certain directories in
a tree. For example, say a directory tree starting at /x contained
under it several directories named "abc". I want to mirror only the
"abc" directories and what's under them and nothing else.

users map with ADS not working
Hi All
I am running two instances of samba on same box. One instance of samba has joined AD domain ABC and the other 123. My workstation is on ABC domain and when I try to connect to samba server on ABC domain, it asks me for user name and password and then fails. If I put IP address instead it works. At the same time, when I try to connect to 123 domain, it asks me for user name and password and

Problems parsing page encoded in Shift-JIS
I''m posting this question to both mailing lists as I''m not sure whether it''s a Mechanize problem or a Nokogiri problem.
Using Nokogiri and Mechanize to load and parse a web page encoded with Shift-JIS. I have an HTML construct like:
<head>
<meta http-equiv="content-type" content="text/html; charset=Shift_JIS">

Mapping usernames
Greets,
We're using Dovecot 1.0.7 (which comes with CentOS 5.x).
I have successfully configured dovecot to change a username from abc at 123.com to realname1_abc for a machine which only has a single domain (using auth_username_format=realname1_%Ln).
However, I'm pulling my hair out trying to get dovecot to handle multiple domains (the machine has existing /etc/passwd /etc/shadow and

Working with one model from another
Hi all,
I have some code where I''d like to set up an instance of a non-database
model from another, ActiveRecord, model in order to use some custom
methods on a string, without mixing extra methods into the String class.
I understand this might be less-than-sensible as models should normally
stand on their own..?
My two models:

Kickstart IPv6 Gateway
Hi.
I'm installing CentOS 7 with Kickstart on a machine that has IPv6. The
problem is that while it has an IPv6 address after installation it
does not have the IPv6 gateway. I'm using NetworkManager and my
network configuration is completely static, no autoconf or dhcpv6.
My Kickstart configuration uses the following network configuration
(actual values replaced but with the same
