Hello, A. Craig West, Well, the files from one folder (call it Blues) go to the blues server and the files from the other folder (call it Rock) go to the rock server. both would be given a mount point name depicting the style. ======= At 2019-09-09, 12:53:11 you wrote: ======= >The stream url is not the same as a folder, although they are structurally >similar. another cool use for the vorbis direct show filter
Hi. My name is Lorenzo Prince. I am new to the list, but have been an Ogg Vorbis user for about 6 months now. I am extremely impressed with the quality of the format at all bitrates, and it has become my format of choice for encoding my entire music collection. Well, I just thought everyone might like to know that I have found a possibly undocumented use for the Ogg Vorbis direct show filter.

Deploying in subdir w/ Apache and Mongrel
Hi all, I have been searching for the past 2 or 3 days on how to deploy my rails apps within subdirectories (ie: http://www.domain.com/myapp or even domain.com/rails/myapp) and have found a few tutorials, but all have left something out it seems. I would like to do this rather than http://myapp.domain.com/ since it will be usd internally and I have no real direct access to dns to make the

IP SIP Phone/2.0.6
Dear all, I know, you get what you pay for. I bought an IP SIP Phone/2.0.6 from safe.com (?55) and the basic functionality is fine. The problem is when it tries to re-register it hangs for a minute or so and you can not dial nor receive any calls. It also has a registration button which causes the phone to do the same once pressed. This however this does not occur when the phone registers

Packaging an Application on Mac OS X with Platypus
Platypus (http://sveinbjorn.sytes.net/platypus) is an application that takes a shell script and packages it as a clickable Mac OS X application. I would like to have a clickable application that executes the command "script/server" and displays the output in the text window, alongside with a "quit"-button that ends the server process. My shell script looks like this:

Hello, unosonic, nope.... I got nothing. All I get is error code 200 or 10061 in Sam's encoder window. (I'm using it because it gives me some sort of error code feedback unlike winamp's DNAS) btw, what's up with the oddball ascii arrows in the XML files? Hi, let me clarify some things as I think there is some confusion here: Icecast only uses one config file, which can be specified during startup of icecast with the -c command line flag, for example: icecast -c /usr/local/etc/icecast.xml On window this is taken care of by the icecast.bat file, and it will use the icecast.xml, there is no second config file. In order to have multiple streams
