Is there any way to mask or hide the INBOX label for Dovecot 1.2.x Shared Mailboxes?
Hello, I'm setting up a new Dovecot sever to replace an old Cyrus server, and need to keep things as consistent as possible. I have a couple local accounts, like junkmail and notjunkmail that users get shared access to, and can drop things in to train sa-update. However, when users share over junkmail's inbox, it's displayed in the hierarchy: ? Other Users ? junkmail ? INBOX

Subsetting dataframe with missing values
Dear R-community, I am using R (V 2.14.1) on Windows 7. I have a dataset which consists of 19 variables for 91 individuals or rows. Two of my variables are Age (adult/chick, with no NA values) and Sex (0 for females/1 for females, with quite a few NA values). The sex of many adult birds is unknown (entered as NA in dataframe). At some point of my analyses, I happen to need to need to work with

Plotting 3 way Anova
Hi I'd really like to get a bar plot showing the means of my anova data. I have looked everywhere and can only seem to find instructions for 2 way anova's. I basically want to look at the mean condition of my subjects spilt by age, sex and year (as a factor rather than a continuous variable, hence Anova and not Ancova). and want to show it firstly as a bar graph with standard error. making a plot in xyplot
Hello, I am a newbie to the lattice package in R, and I'm trying to make a plot using the xyplot function. I have repeated measures data (2 conditions) for two different groups of subjects (teens and adults). So far, I've made a basic graph using xyplot(y ~x, group=subnum, data=mydata, type="b"). Now I would like to make all the teens' lines one color and the adults'

Dear R community, Is this sample size large enough to study differences between two groups of the populations? Q1: do the body temperatures differ between the two groups of the overwintering turtles juveniles and adults? One group (adults) has 6 turtles Second group (juveniles) has 1 turtle. There are 3 replications, i.e. the experiment was repeated over the three years, but using

Passing arguments to a function within a function ...
Hallo Everybody How do you specify arguments for a function used within another function? Here is my problem: I am reconstructing a calculator for the burden of disease due to air pollution from publications and tools published by the WHO. The calculations make use of published dose-response relationships for particular health end-points. This is then applied to populations with known or

Can I translate the userid to match the UW-POP3 server?
OK, I have been running the UW-POP3 server which currently translates all login ids as lowercase (i.e. Anthony becomes anthony). Now the Dovecot server is very flexible and currently I have not found how to translate the upper case characters to lowercase. What configuration setting will translate the userids to lowercase? -- Albert E. Whale, CHS CISA CISSP Sr. Security, Network, Risk

Authentication Error Message formats
I have been using UW's IMAP server and I am converting to Dovecot for Maildir support. When a user fails authentication, or a user does not exist, it appears that the same message is used for these events. Is there a way to indicate that the user does not exist (Invalid user), and authentication Failure (Failed Password)? Clearly these two failures indicate a different error in the system.

File/folder permission issues in 2.1.3
Hi, I figured out that Dovecot does not honer secondary groups with auth/auth-worker (??), if doing LDAP/TLS stuff. I had to use file system acls to add the user "vmail" to /etc/ssl/private and to the corresponding key file: doveconf -n # 2.1.3: /etc/dovecot/dovecot.conf # OS: Linux 2.6.32-40-generic-pae i686 Ubuntu 10.04.4 LTS auth_master_user_separator = * auth_mechanisms = plain
