2cd installation
Hi! I'm having some problems installing a 2CD application under wine. I run the setup.exe from the 1st cd (so I have to mount it anyway) and when the setup asks for cd2 I get stuck, because I can not remove cd1 from the drive, because it is mounted and because there's an application using it (setup.exe). Is there any way to change cds? MBJr.

InstallShield problems
Hi, I'm having a problem with applications with InstallShield based setup environments. There's a window coming up saying that "Setup is preparing the InstallShield Wizard, which will guide you through the rest of the setup process. Please Wait." and this is absolutely OK, but there's an other message which says "Error installing iKernel.exe: (0x800)".

I have my basic X desktop settings at 1024x768 and I would no like to change the resolution. Registry
Hi, I have an idea and I dont know if its bad or not, so please tell me ;o) There're some windows based applications I need to run but they do need some registry entries. If I choose to export my whole windows registry and import it to wine's registry, should it make wine crash/die/unworkable? MBJr.

[LLVMdev] [cfe-dev] LLVM & Clang file management
Hi Manual, I'm +2 on the general idea. I have had various thoughts in this direction as well (although no implementation). See: http://lists.cs.uiuc.edu/pipermail/cfe-dev/2010-July/009903.html for my RFC from last year (focused at bug reporting, but involved defining a VFS layer). My one main implementation level comment is I don't think FileManager is the right API layer to abstract

[LLVMdev] LLVM & Clang file management
Hi, while working on tooling on top of clang/llvm we found the file system abstractions in clang/llvm to be one of the points that could be nicer to integrate with. I’m writing this mail to propose a strawman and get some feedback on what you guys think the right way forward is (or whether we should just leave things as they are). First, the FileManager we have in clang has helped us a lot for
