HI Samba admins
I have a win95 client on a remote subnet, i.e on the other side of a

site the win95 is connected to another samba server and novell server.
I would like it to connect to my samba server, logging in with the

Connot create/select subdirs
Hello all,
I have a RedHat 5.1 system running SAMBA and the machines and users log
on properly but no one can select, create, delete or do anything with
subdirectories.
I checked the logs and it seems that the share names are not being
'made' properly.
Is there a setting or problem with 5.1 install that I need to change???
Thanks

winesetup
Hello!
I have just compiled and installed wine-2001-07-31 (from tar.gzipped
source) and it works fine.
But I cannot find the winesetup programm which makes setup much more
comfortable. I am new to wine; I've used rpm-package on a different system
where winesetup was automatically installed.
Is winesetup not part of wine-2001-07-31? Or do I have it and just did not
install it? Where can

Wine Setup
I am a complete newbie to Wine. I am aware of the wonderful things OTHER
people can get it to do as far as running MS apps, but I have never had
such sucess.

debian:/home/tilleyrw# whoami

debian:/home/tilleyrw# winesetup

First time run errors, winesetup?
I compiled the latest release of wine, without any problems, on Red Hat,
7.2
When I run wine, it says I dont have a .wine config file, in my user
directory.
I ran winelauncher, and clicked setup, and it says it cant find
'winesetup', which it needs to write
the config file for the first time run. winesetup isnt in the release
(or any I have seen), if they has been taken out, how do I

Wine install/execution problems
I'm trying to get a version of Wine working. I don't really care which
version, just one that works. From reading I was under the impression that
Wine was able to work with a lot of different Windows programs, but so far
none that I have tried have worked. Most fail to install, and judging from
the error messages I get I'm hoping it's a configuration problem.

codeweavers-wine:itcl problem
codeweavers-wine-20010112-1 hung during install (rpm) at
the creation of KDE/Gnome menus; since I don't use either,
I thought, no prob and ran winesetup from Blackbox.
I skipped re-making the links on starting winesetup and
went right for the configuration. which also failed. This
is the message it generated:

Converting array to matrix
Hi,
I have a 3d array as below, I want to make this array to a matrix of p=50(rows) and n=20(columns) with the coverage values .
The code before the array is:
library(binom)
Loading required package: lattice
pi.seq<-seq(from = 0.01, to = 0.5, by = 0.01)
no.seq<-seq(from = 5, to = 100, by = 5)
cp.all = binom.coverage( p = pi.seq, n = no.seq , conf.level = 0.95, method = "exact")

I'm running Wine in SuSE 8.2.
Unfortunately, I cannot read the character displayed
on the Windows application I would like to run using

words, the characters are completely unreadable (the
characters are just displayed as a sequence of "small
boxes").
Additionally, here is the information I received when
I run Windows (I use
