Spybot S&D Network Problem
SpyBot Search and Destroy. http://www.safer-networking.net Not Open Source program; No charge; They accept donations. Free to use though even for corporate use. This tool has an Inoculate feature which blocks known "bad" active X controls from running in IE. Type1 Fonts
I've narrowed the my Cups printing problem down to Wine not loading my Type 1 fonts. I have several Type 1 fonts installed in 3 places, all of which are in my fontpath ("xset q" lists them). I can use the Type 1 fonts in X and with KDE-2.2.1 even as AntiAliased, however, when I try to print from an app under wine I get a memory error and a message at the command line stating

Delphi applications printing bug
Hi, I'm using Wine 0.9.27 and Ubuntu 6.06. I've problems when printing from Delphi Apps that use QReport (the default reporting engine for most Delphi versions), and after some hacking I've perhaps isolated the trouble: it seems that Delphi printing over a Canvas works only if I show the system PrintDialog or the PrinterSetupDialog befor printing, and I press OK in this dialog:

I first tried winetools and it said that I didn't have a configuration so run with the command wt. So I typed wt and nothing happened. Heres where I think the main problem lies though. When I attempt to do winecfg I get a ton of errors. Here is the output:

"fixme:commctrl:InitializeFlatSB stub"
Hi, first please excuse if I missed the answer to my question while searching through www.winehq.org. I use wine (the Debian package of 200204110) sometimes for small programs and often it works very well. :-) But while trying to use the demo of a program to organize chess tournaments that is named Swiss-Chess (the swdemo32.exe program from [1]) I got the following messages at startup: <--
