I'm new to both the ubuntu system and Wine. I just installed wine and tried to install software from a CD. An error window popped up: "There is no Windows program configured to open this type of file" I don't know what I'm supposed to do to fix this.

I have been trying to install several games, and all of the ones that have more than one disk fail, one way or another, at the point of changing cd's. Some (doom3) just quit [there exists an alternative plan for doom3], and others (Baldur's Gate-SoA) lock up the cd and won't let go. The only way to get the cd out is to kill the installer. Wing Commnader Prophecy (multiple CD's) install doesn't give any problem (due to its small pop-up format window) and the game plays well until I come to the next CD. Game grabs full screen 800x600 svga. Pop-up window for second CD appears, but I can not switch with <Alt><Tab> to desktop. What did I already try? Read lots of items on this forum :D
