Problems starting wine...
I'm hoping someone can help me out with this...
I've been running the Wine package in Debian/Woody for quite a while
now, and have been able to run most of the windows programs I want to.
However, for some reason wine just stopped working for me. Here is the
error output for every windows program I run:

Your keyboard layout was not found! ???????
I have the following error while installing the Benelux map (Garmin) :

collation order
The following caused a hard-to-diagnose problem for a user of the survey
package. Presumably this is a strange Unicode thing, but is there a
convenient reference for how the collation order is determined? I am
surprised that adding the same character to the end of two strings of the
same length can change the sorting order.

Recovering a broken mirror
We have a production SunFireV240 that had a zfs mirror until this week. One of the drives (c1t3d0) in the mirror failed.
The system was shutdown and the bad disk replaced without an export.
I don''t know what happened next but by the time I got involved there was no evidence that the remaining good disk (c1t2d0) had ever been part of a ZFS mirror.
Using dd on the raw device I can see data

views w locale default template
[RAILS3]
I hesitate on how handling the locale view templates to default to
one language only ..
sending admin emails will go only to one locale ''en_GB''
should I set it up into the template name and set I18n.locale to
''en_GB''
membership_renew.en_GB.html.erb
OR
whatever locale is used , if I have :
membership_renew.html
it will be the default ?

stdout flush
Dear all,
I compiled openssh-3.9p1 against uClibc on linux, and when I logged in to
a system using this openssh, the /etc/motd didn't appear. I have checked
everyhing, and made some debugging. As I have seen, session.c prepares the
environment, and invokes the user's login shell, but before the execv()
call, does not flush the stdout. And if I made it do to it, it began to
work. I dont

hangup call gw FXO
Looking at the pastebin, the Vega device sends a CANCEL with reason:
Reason: Q.850 ;cause=16.
Cause 16 is normal clearing and suggests that the original caller has
disconnected. I would take a look at the Vega's logs

[PATCH] Update the 5 year logo to 10 year logo
Already outdated, but rounded ;)
I literally just opened the 5yrs logo, changed the text and then done:
inkscape -z -o logo/fish-10yrs.{png,svg}
cp {logo,website}/fish-10yrs.svg
and then updated the rest of the files.

Rebuild of kernel 2.6.9-67.0.20.EL failure
Hello list.
I'm trying to rebuild the 2.6.9.67.0.20.EL kernel, but it fails even without
modifications.
How did I try it?
Created a (non-root) build environment (not a mock )
Installed the kernel.scr.rpm and did a
rpmbuild -ba --target=`uname -m` kernel-2.6.spec 2> prep-err.log | tee
prep-out.log
The build failed at the end:
