[LLVMdev] misc. patches
VS has a 64-bit portability mode, where it will complain when it sees
non-portable code. I haven't tried it yet on LLVM, but in my experience
it will generate a *lot* of warnings. Every time a size_t or ptrdiff_t
is assigned to an int or even a long it will complain (Microsoft defines
long as 32-bits, even in win64). On the other hand, gcc defines long as
64-bits on 64-bit Unix (so

CentOS Extras SRPMs for 7.1 / 7.2
Hello,
I noticed that recent source repositories for CentOS Extras packages do not have SRPMs for each available RPM.
In particular, I wanted to download the SRPM for cloud-init. After enabling the extras-source repository, `yumdownloader --source cloud-init` doesn't find any package.
This used to work on CentOS 7.0.

Hi,
Can someone tell me when the 7.3 srpms will be available?
They are usually in vault but I do not see them at this time.
I need the centos-release srpm ASAP.

Can't find SRPMS for CentOS
Hi,
I have to rebuild a handful of CentOS packages for some extra
functionality. So I setup a build environment in a virtual machine, and
right now I'm trying to find the SRPMS. I enabled the repositories
listed in /etc/yum.repos.d/CentOS-Sources.repo and then tried this:
[microlinux at buildbox:~] $ yumdownloader --source ark
Loaded plugins: fastestmirror, langpacks, priorities

what about the src.rpms? it seems http://vault.centos.org/6.7/os/ and
http://vault.centos.org/6.7/cr/Source/ is empty and while

os update with plesk
Hi,
I have plesk server administration 7.5.4 on my server and am wanting to
upgrade to plesk 8.
Plesk 8 supports Centos 4.2 and the notes on the 4.2 readme say:
http://mirror.centos.org/centos/4.2/readme
If you know what you are doing, and absolutely want to remain at the 4.2
level, go to http://vault.centos.org/ for packages.
If you follow the other link listed in that doc it goes to the

CentOS 6.5 Vault Repository missing
Hey all,
I went to go and pull some rpms from the CentOS 6.5 vault, but the CentOS-Vault repo file is referencing urls that no longer exist. Navigating to the URL, I noticed that the OS folder now only contains the SOURCE folder. I noticed that this is also true for 6.6, 7.0, and others. I already have the most up-to-date centos-release rpm. I've done some searching and can't find any

CentOS-Vault missing CentOS 6.7
Hey all,
I needed to pull some rpms from the CentOS 6.7 vault for compatibility testing. I noticed that 6.7 wasn't in the Vault repo file yet, but that the repos exist. I was just wondering what the ETA is for the Vault repo file to be updated with 6.7.
Thanks,

Most efficient way to create a CentOS 3 test VM
I'm about to create a new CentOS 3 VM for testing, since we still have a
bunch of deployed machines running that OS.
(Don't yell at me about using old OSes. These machines won't get
"un-deployed" until they fall over dead of natural causes. Until the
last one dies, we need test and build VMs around to service them.)
I have the CentOS 3.9 *.iso files plus a local cache

Migrate from RHAS 4 to CentOS 4.2
I have a SGI Altix 350 (ia64) that came with RHAS 4, but without any
paid support. I would like to migrate the server over to CentOS.
Here is what I've pieced together from some older posts by Johnny,
can someone confirm this should work? I know this is somewhat
covered in the FAQ, although both entries refer to FC or WBEL, which
already have built-in yum support.

gnutls bug
I am running centos6.4. Where do I find the updated gnutls packages? I
see the updated source file here:
http://vault.centos.org/6.5/updates/Source/SPackages/
But I don't see the correct version of the packages in the 6.4 tree here:
http://vault.centos.org/6.4/updates/x86_64/Packages/
Where should I be looking for the updated package for 6.4?
Thanks.

Automounter issue
Anyone seen this before?
I have a number of file systems nfs mounted onto clients running
various versions of CentOS (and Upstream), although mostly they are
v5.x flavors. =20
The server is a Network Appliance filer.
When the build process for this team runs, it sometimes dies because
it can't find files in the automounter tree; if the engineer checks,
he sometimes sees a problem, and
