There are some useful logs in /var/log/libvirt/, check them.
Have you enabled virtualisation in the BIOS?

Xen, Qemu and Intel VT
Hi everyone,
I need to use full virtualization on my laptop, running CentOS 5.2 as host.
I installed all I think is needed to run Xen. I am using kernel
2.6.18-128el5.xen as it is needed to recognize my wifi card.
I was not sure my cpu supported Intel VT. A cat /proc/cpuinfo | grep flags
yields this:
flags : fpu vme de pse tsc msr pae mce cx8 apic sep mtrr pge mca
cmov pat pse36

virtual bios in hvmloader and qemu-dm
Hi, when user create the virtual machine, then:
which code execute firstly, hvmloaer or qemu-dm?
And virtual bios code are both in hvmloader and qemu-dm, which bios will be
used to initialize the virutal device in qemu-dm? I think it must be one of
them.

Improving xen-qemu-dm-4.0 dependencies
Hi,
When I first built my Debian package, I needed to depend on qemu-system
| qemu, since there was no other ways to pull needed BIOS files.
It seems the situation changed, and that I could depend on less stuff
from the qemu package. Maybe only the package named "etherboot" and
"vgabios". To do that, my plan is to simply package a folder named:
/usr/share/xen/qemu
