Debian misbehaving in centos dom0
Hi,
This is the specifications
dom0
--------
[root@server ]# uname -r
2.6.18-238.12.1.el5xen
[root@server ]# uname -m
x86_64
domu
--------
root@test:~# uname -r
2.6.18-238.12.1.el5xen
root@test:~# uname -m
x86_64
My issue is like dom0 clock is moving too fast. Interestingly, it is
affecting ubuntu & debian domU. centos domU is just working fine.
Here is how I could recreate the problem.

hfsplus.ko
Hey on Centos 5 hfsplus.ko is part of the Kernel:
kernel-2.6.18-238.12.1.el5.x86_64 : The Linux kernel (the core of the
Linux operating system)
Repo : installed
Matched from:
Filename : /lib/modules/2.6.18-238.12.1.el5/kernel/fs/hfsplus/hfsplus.ko
doing a yum provides "*/hfsplus.ko" on CentOS 6 finds nothing.
What happened to hfsplus.ko on Centos 6?
Thanks,
Jerry

Quota (and disk usage) is incorrectly reported on nfs client mounting XFS filesystem
hi all,
I hope you can help me with a strange quota/nfs/XFS behavior...
I'm using Centos 5.6 on both a nfs server and client. Both are
64-bit, and using a recent kernel:

NFS client:

blkback message
Hi Everyone,
I''m seeing this message pop up on my console every now and again (or
something similar):
blkback: ring-ref 8, event-channel 6, protocol 2 (x86_32-abi)
Is this a cause for concern?
I''m using Xen 4.1.0 from Gitco and using the CentOS Dom0 kernel
(2.6.18-238.12.1.el5xen)
Any help is appreciated
Thanks

Hello,
I have installed rpm version of xen 3.4.3+ libvirt 0.7.0-6 on my server with
Centos 5.4 (kernel 2.6.18-238.12.1.el5xen)
When I run reboot a domU (para virtualized Linux) by command "virsh reboot
[vm]", sometimes domU cannot be rebooted but sometimes can, pattern is
random.
Also sometimes when domU reboots by "virsh reboot [vm]" , my ssh connection

random "monitor socket did not show up"
Hello gentlemen!
I just experienced this weird thing:
I have 2 machines (one is a Dell Pe1950 with 2 Xeon 5130, the other is
a Fujitsu RX200S6 with 2 Xeon E5645), both run CentoOS 5.6, the DELL
has the 2.6.18-238.9.1.el5 while the Fujitsu runs the
2.6.18-238.12.1.el5 kernel.
But when I try to do a virsh create with this script

11TB ext4 filesystem - filesystem alternatives?
Hi All.
I have a CentOS server:
CentOS 5.6 x86_64
2.6.18-238.12.1.el5.centos.plus
e4fsprogs-1.41.12-2.el5.x86_64

Custom Trash (etc) location
Hi there.
I have dovecot 1.2.17 installed on me system.
I'd like to create a gmail-esque imap tree where all imap folders except
for the inbox are in a subdirectory(?). More importantly, I'd like the
email client (specifically thunderbird) to be able to recognise the
folders and thusly give it a special trash/junk/etc icon which I presume
also makes trash and junk go to, well the
