Question about versioning of LVVM IR

I understand the basic idea but sadly... My skills in handling the IR are not very high, so I can't imagine where and when to replace the calls to b() with the trampoline. The only thing I can handle would be creating that trampoline variable.

I built socalled software-depots for distributing the openssh-package and put
the start command in the postinstall-script. The shell of this postinstall script has the bahavior
that intr ^C won't work properly. So I did your trick with "/sbin/init.d/sshd stop/start" from a shell where ^C

Sorry -- I am not much help here. I would like to get ObjC runtime support
for the JIT, but have not had time to look in to it closely. When I last
tested the idea (a couple of years ago now) we used selector registration
and objc_readClassPair to get basic test cases working as you have, but ran
into (possibly similar) failures on non-trivial test cases. I think the

and thread safety questions around LLVMContext: We need multiple
LLVMContexts (one per module in the simplest case, but at least one per

runStaticConstructorsDestructors() causes crash on exit
Many thanks for the sample code, Alex. In the end I did it the same way
OrcMCJITReplacement does it. Constructors and destructors are called and,
thanks to LocalCXXRuntimeOverrides, the program does not crash on exit! But
it does seem like there should be a simpler way; the learning curve is
steep...

When OrcMCJITReplacement is given a new module, it asks for the module's
constructors, gives them names like $static_ctor.0, $static_ctor.1, etc.,
and saves the mangled names in a map. Later, to execute them, it uses
runViaLayer(), which looks for those symbol names in the given JIT layer.
Could one not simply execute the constructors straight away, rather than
naming them and looking them up

into codegen instead of hacking on RuntimeDyld but then I quickly
realized that I don't understand what exactly needs to be done to
fully register Objective-C runtime. I decided to iterate on JIT code
again and somehow I found that I can hook into SectionMemory by
subclassing it and working with its

[LLVMdev] Trouble with inline asm
Hi all,
I'm having some trouble with inline asm expressions, more specifically
how to create the right FunctionType for a given constraint set.
So far it has worked well for inputs, but not for outputs. The inline
asm support in this language (which is D, LLVMDC[1]) is through asm
*statements*.
I never have inline asm *expressions*, and outputs are always via memory.

I'm looking for an advice on how to deal with inefficient code generation for Intel Nehalem/Westmere architecture on 64-bit platform for the attached test.cpp (LLVM IR is in test.cpp.ll).
The inner loop has 11 iterations and eventually unrolled.
Test.lea.s is the assembly code of the outer loop. It simply has 11 loads, 11 FP add, 11 FP mull, 1 FP store and lea+mov for index
