Not sure where to start on this. I went to examine a log file today and noticed a password protected internal file was being accessed from 16.0.0.0. Somewhere during the course of recent updates I've lost the Java plugin for Firefox. Not sure when it happened, but I know Java was working in Firefox earlier this year.
