FWIW, on Fedora 29, I'm running Geany 1.34.1 and didn't have to enable
anything other than the default repositories. So, it'd appear to at least
be in the stream.

Does anyone know if Geany 1.34 is headed to one of the repositories? I am running version 1.31 and interested in the 1.33+ since the markdown plugin has apparently been updated.

c6 xen guest install, golf, and geany
List,
Is it possible to do a text install (<512RAM) of C6 server, with support for X11 forwarding over ssh, and get geany (editor) to work over ssh?
I got X11 forwarding to work when I have a full Xfce desktop, but not with a server setup.
I would like to golf this... IOW find the minimum number of packages.
Any hints or kickstart configs for the needy?

Geany markdown plugin
I have not been able to find the markdown plugin for Geany for CentOS 7 on EPEL despite a number of other plugins being available. I filed a bug report some time ago so it may eventually be resolved.
In the meantime, has anyone found it in a repository or should I compile all plugins from the Geany website?

Outliner plugin for editor
I am currently running not only Geany (on CentOS and on Windows) but also Gedit on CentOS, much of the use is as markdown-editors being a recent convert to this language. I would, however, also like to be able to essentially use it as an outliner - remember the old DOS outliners that were great for creating document outlines?
It would have been perfect had I been able to fold and unfold sections

Outliner plugin for editor
Thank you. Ideally, however, I would like to continue using Geany or gedit. I have found a "gnome outliner" on the 'net but that seems not have been updated for a very long time...
