similar to: Problems after update to 5.5

Hi, In CentOS7 I have added two zones using firewall-cmd, each for different ports/services and interfaces when I try to --add-source to the second zone with an IP that is already in the first I am getting an 'Error: ZONE_CONFLICT' message. Am I trying to do something illogical or is this a feature? Cheers, Colin.

I have a machine that has worked fine for years on CentOS5. kernel-PAE-2.6.18-164.15.1.el5 is the last "works fine" kernel, but kernel-PAE-2.6.18-194.3.1.el5 crashes at boot every time. I tried banging on the side of the monitor to no avail. All kidding aside, here are pictures of my monitor when booting 194 in case that is helpful.

Hi List, been chasing my tail for the last two hours and getting nowhere on my wifes laptop. I only do updates monthly on her machine, as it is safely behind firewalls and only does email and browser stuff. I have never had audio problems on this laptop, Centos just worked from day one - even the wireless. It appears that the 5.5 kernels and related audio driver snd-hda-intel do not function.

I've setup udev rules to block all usb devices and then additional rules to allow specific vendors / products to be used (mainly keyboards and mice). This is all working perfectly.

I've recently upgraded a Centos 5.3 machine to Centos 5.5. The hardware isn't HVM capabile so I'm only running para-virt guests. Using a vanilla i386 kernel boots without, but the newer kernel-xen locks up the Dom0 after a couple of minute. Hi, on one of our systems I see that while the time on the Centos 5.4 Host is correct it lags behind on two of the 5.5 guests by almost 5 minutes but is correct for the third domU. From what I understand the clock of the system is controlled by the host and and guest cannot write to it (and because of that not change it).
