Jetway, Atom, and Digium cards - play well together?
Hi, I'd like to know from other people's experience using Asterisk and Digium cards like the TDM410P and B410P on Atom system (.e. giwth D525 CPU) and Jetway motherboards. Any operational instability, unexpected freezes, etc or in your experience it's a stable combination? Thanks in advance for any sharing! Integrated RTL8168/8111 NIC not assigned interface
I'm running 7.0-RELEASE-i386 on Jetway's NC92-N230 mainboard. The board has one integrated RTL8168/8111 gigabit NIC as well as an expansion board with three RTL8168/8111 NICs. Why would the three NICs work while the onboard NIC does not? none2@pci0:1:0:0: class=0x020000 card=0x816810ec chip=0x816810ec rev=0x02 hdr=0x00 vendor = 'Realtek Semiconductor' device

[PATCH] ptr_ring: Add barriers to fix NULL-pointer exception
While running a multiple VM testscase with each VM running iperf traffic between others the following kernel NULL pointer exception was seen. Race appears when the tun driver instance of one VM calls skb_array_produce (from tun_net_xmit) and the the destined VM's skb_array_consume (from tun_ring_recv), which could run concurrently on another core. Due to which the sock_wfree gets called again

appliance to embed Centos
I'm looking for some kind of appliance like box, maybe something like this:http://www.soekris.com/net5501.htm on which I could deploy iptables based firewall/openvpn/DNS and other local network services in a wide area network. I would probably install on a flash device. I would prefer something that was relatively easy to install on, or at least has been used with CentOS before, where

Motherboard and chipset compatibility
So, having returned from a month's vacation, I'm back to work on attempting to build a set of small form factor CentOS compatible computers. I've really tried to do my homework, but this doesn't appear (at first glance) to be at all easy. It's not made easier by the fact that I have to get it right the first time (and I haven't built a PC in a decade); the time and money

any 64-bit mini-itx successes
Is there anyone who has successfully put together a "high-powered" mini-itx ZFS box that would be willing to post their system specs? Exchange 2010?
In our lab we have installed Exchange 2007 SP1 against samba 4.8.2 on Windows Server 2008R2 and Windows Server 2012R2. (not fully tested yet) In attempts to install Exchange 2010 we have had many stumbling blocks. Has anyone successfully installed and can share what preparatory steps they took? The only information we could find on the web is
