At office, we have I ISPs.
I want to lightly monitor each link latency in order to decide several
routing.
For that, I have only one external server: 1 IP, it's an OVH dedicated
server.

If OVH-server pings IP1:
- the request will go through ISP1: it's OK

Node not find
Hi, my new server doesn''t find his node *whereas i did the same for my

IP aliases from a QEMU/KVM guest

I'm trying to set up IP aliases within a QEMU/KVM guest on CentOS 5.5
x86_64, going through a bridged virtualized interface.
The virtualized interface in the guest is configured as follow:

ices 0.4, icecast 2.2
wmp buffered endless. other players had no problem.
solution for me was to explicitly set the type of
stream in ices, e.g. "-t http" on the command line or
in the config file.

I'm trying to track down a kio_http problem using CentOS 6.4 with KDE.
This causes multiple kio_http procs to spawn and lots of
notifications.
Several steps are needed:

new ssd to play with
I grabbed a new SSD M4-CT064M4SSD2 from Crucial.
I am disappointed. I stuck the unit in an Atom machine (zotac) with
CentOS 6 on the disk.
It really doesn't "feel" faster than the previous 5400 RPM drive that
was in it.
The SSD is giving me (in the zotac running centos 6):

Network configuration issue with second public ip on CentOS 6
Hi folks,
I have a server at Soyoustart.com (which is a brand of OVH). I run
CentOS 6.7 and have problems with network configuration.
I want to add a second public ip (failover ip) to the server and did
follow the instructions in the CentOS-section of

This may be silly... but what is the useragent of your sip configuration?
In the case that useragent has some special characters like "(.", please
remove it and tell us if there is any change!!.

Centos + VM + public ip
Hi,
I've got a dedicated server with OVH and I'd like to host a public VM. I'd
like Centos OS 7 or 8, I installed KVM already, I got the VM and bought the
IP and created a virtual mac id. I know I have to bridge it somehow but I
can't seem to find a proper tutorial. Do you know where to start?

You might check your phones as well.
We had this problem early on with a softphone and it was a setting in
the phone that was set to hang up after 30 seconds of inactivity "in
case of network disruption". For some reason it was detecting "network
disruption" in every call even when the calls were proceeding normally.
Unchecking this box solved the problem.

Currently using tinc 1.0.24 on Debian 8.x, OVH datacentre, two servers same VRACK (ie. internal ethernet bridge/switched together).
I’m wanting to get a remote server connected to both the two OVH servers for fail-over reasons, but having access via both to the shared vRack segment as a switch mode. Thereby Essentially I’m creating a ethernet loop…

windbind locks out domain account
Howdy folks,
I'm having a weird issue here. I have winbind running on several other servers
on our domain, and they are working fine. From what I can tell the configuration
is identical, as I custom rolled my own RPM that set's all the config parameters.
What's happening is when I try to ssh to this one specific server, it seems looking
